My daughter just had her nails done here with her friend and her friend's mom. she came home crying because of how rough the guy was with her. My daughter is 11 and this was her 2nd experience getting her nails done. The nail polish on her fingers was horribly done. I'm very sad that she had such a bad experience. She is shy and did not feel comfortable expressing her feelings, but when she did the language barrier was so great that she wasn't understood. Please learn to understand your customers a little better especial when they are in pain and saying that hurts. Read Less

One angry Mama, my daughter got her nails done here on Thursday and the set is coming up off of her nail also they were crooked and the polish they used cracked..... So I brought her back up here and showed them my nails compared to her nails, then they try to say she didn't get them done here!!! I'm pissed that they would try to say she didn't come here when I called before the establishment before she walked to their salon! Needless to say after a few words back and forth, and the woman had to force the man to take his feet off of the chair and to redo her nails. I used to get my nails done at 4 seasons about 7 years ago, and they did a great job. After my favorite staff member left, I took my business to Modern Nails. Today, Modern Nails had a long wait so I tried out 4 Seasons again. Do not go there! The salon has gone down hill significantly. It was dirty and smelled like rotten food. No one else was there, and it was obvious why. The lady removing my old gel polish tried to pick it off with her own nails, though I've been told that that will damage your nails. I requested that she use asatone and foil instead. After she argued with me, she got out previously used foil to wrap my nails in--gross! She was very rough and messed up my nails several times while painting on new coats. Each time she messed up my nails, she would use her tools to dig into the gel polish and aggressively remove bumps. She cut into my skin and left large dents around my nails. She charged more than I pay at Modern Nails--which is amazing by the way--and she didn't even give me a lotion massage. The bottles of products were turning brown, the lady was rude, and the place was disgusting. Trust me, it is worth waiting anywhere else. I also highly recommend Modern Nails. I have never had someone rush so quickly to get my pedicure over with. He was more concerned about the other people waiting that he had no disregard to MY time. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have Ever had at a salon. My nail beds hurt on three of my toes where he sliced into my cuticle. The man doing my toes was very rude and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service and not very clean. I had to soak my feet the next day in Epsom salts hoping I won't get an infection from the cuts that I have. Terrible! Read Less

This was the WORST Experience EVER!!! Felt like I was racially profiled!!Never will return again. I only came to this location because it was close to my home as I needed a pedicure asap. I get in the establishment and the worker refused to clean out the pedicure bowl he rushed on my pedicure my pedicure was only 10 minutes he put me by the dryer to dry my toes and yelled and told me I needed to pay at that instance. I asked for some more sandals because the ones he gave me were tore up and a lady who works there offered me some used sandals in there and I said no I would like some new ones and she cussed out loud and said Damn!! She was actually doing someone's nails and the customer was just as baffled as I was. I honestly believe it was because of my race. They weren't treating anyone else like that but me. I came here because my mom always gets her nails done here. Her nails are always pretty perfect. I wanted to try it out for a gel manicure because I missed the place that I went to in NYC.The place is clean. The staff is friendly and cordial. I will say though, I really wasn't super impressed with my nails. Some of the top coat was sloppy and extended over my nail. That bothered me. He also seemed to be rushing one of my hands as soon as another customer came in. It wasn't terrible and my nails have lasted around 2 weeks. I don't know if I'd go back without trying out a few nail salons first. Read Less
