My husband bought me a $100 gift card and I was told it wasn’t valid. I was told this after my service was completed. And then accused to filling it out myself. I can tell you I will not be back and I plan on writing a review everywhere I can. DO NOT GO HERE! Not to mention, the incredibly horrible job they did on my nails. So now, not only am I out a $100 gift card but I have to spend another $50 at a different salon to have my nails fixed. Ridiculous

Well my name is Natalie not sure why it says Blake who is my son but anyways I have been going to focus for a couple years and they do such a great job thought they were not the nicest but I still went for the service. They started to be nicer over time but today topped the cake. I usually get my nails done by John he dosnt say much and is short with you but still great work but today I got designs on my nails and there was a lady waiting 30 extra min passed her appt time I apologized and she said I was fine and she was retired. John was so rude to me because of his appt I left sobbing. And did not get my pedicure. They were very busy and I could not hold back the tears everyone saw. So I was told to go to fishers nails and I'm waiting on Jennifer for hopefully an amazing pedi. If you don't want to talk and it dosnt take long go to focus but I will never give them any of my money again

JOHN does NOT like me asking questions... after asking him if he was going to file a new replaced nail thinner, he said "do you know how to do nails? you think you can do better, you stay home and do nails.. " I FLAT OUT TOLD HIM HE'S BEING MEAN AND I DID NOT TELL HIM WHAT TO DO, I ASKED IF THAT WAS WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO... we both stopped talking to each.
NOW ON TO MY TOES..
The last time I was here, the young lady build on to my toe nail to match my other toe. well I asked him if he could build onto the other toe to give the same effect.. HE SAID YOU HAVE ALOT OF QUEDTIONS TODAY. the lady next to me looked at me. I said, I SURE DO, AND MIGHT HAVE A FEW MORE BEFORE I LEAVE!
---- NOW he's painting them and I haven't even had them cleaned yet... SHOULD I ASK 🤔 I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE OVER ALL TREATMENT FROM JOHN TODAY.. AND DOUBT I'LL BE BACK! It's so sad that when companies are so busy with clients. they loose respect for their customers.

I've tried a lot of places in Noblesville and this is by far my favorite place. Their prices are great for acrylics, especially compared to salons around. They always get the shape of my nails exactly...
I've tried a lot of places in Noblesville and this is by far my favorite place. Their prices are great for acrylics, especially compared to salons around. They always get the shape of my nails exactly how I want. This last time I went they even did a design for me!

Great for pedicures, reasonably priced. But I would never recommend getting your nails done here. Two friends and I all got our nails done and none of us liked the result. Full set, gel, and regular manicure all ended up being very poorly done. Acrylic nails were poor quality and misshaped. Gel was chipped shortly after the appointment, which has never happened to me before. And the manicure was just rushed and it showed. Very disappointing considering how much we all spent there. Pedicures went well. Only complaint for pedicures is relatively poor customer service. The pedicure itself felt great and held up well. The chairs are very comfortable as well.

I went here to get an acrylic set. The woman doing my nails was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She asked me what shape I wanted and when I told her stiletto, the response I got was "No." She tried to talk me into a different shape and when I insisted I wanted stiletto, she got an attitude with me. Then she cut me and didn't even apologize. The cut was still hurting and looked so terrible days afterwards that I was worried it was infected and almost went to the doctor because of it. She did a horrible job on my nails, the acrylic was way too thick and lumpy. It looked like a DIY job gone bad. It was fortunate that I had a gift certificate here, otherwise I would've refused to pay for this service.

Always been one of my fave nail salons, but after today's visit I will not be back. The guy was so rude to my sister. We get it, it's Friday, it's busy, but that doesn't mean you rush your clients... esp paying clients. I also sat at one of there desk for an hour waiting for someone to come and do my nails.. when someone came I declined. I will be going somewhere else.

I had been coming in at least twice a month for regular manicures and I will NOT be returning. When I came in today for a simple polish change my tech left the previous paint all over my fingers and said its the acetone and I can wash them later. I washed them before I left and when it didn't come off I asked her to fix it. She called me picky and didn't remove it all. I asked the manager to remove the leftover paint and the original tech freaked out! I will NOT be returning.

I have tried several other places & I always end up back at focus nails! They're the best! They do the best job & they clean up around your nail better than anyone, they remove ingrown nails, their work is always so much neater than anywhere else I've been, & it lasts the longest of anywhere else I've been. Good prices & BETTER service! Can't beat this place.

They are so rude. I got my nails done there today and they do a good job but the guy told me he was going to cut me with the drill if I didn't stop moving. I wasn't moving. He was hurting me he was holding and manipulating my fingers so hard. No one smiles. They are unprofessional. I'm glad there are other choices in the area.

Focus Nail Spa in Noblesville, IN is so nice. The staff is friendly and did a very good job on my mom and my pedis. I've had many pedis but never one this nice. They took their time and really did a good job. I live in Chicago so I'm used to being rushed in and out. So I was very impressed with their diligence. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town and my mom can't wait to go back for her mani in a couple weeks. Thanks Kim and Jenny

Well my name is Natalie not sure why it says Blake who is my son but anyways I have been going to focus for a couple years and they do such a great job thought they were not the nicest but I still went for the service. Great for pedicures, reasonably priced. But I would never recommend getting your nails done here. Two friends and I all got our nails done and none of us liked the result. Full set, gel, and regular manicure all ended up being very poorly done. Acrylic nails were poor quality and misshaped. They do the best job & they clean up around your nail better than anyone, they remove ingrown nails, their work is always so much neater than anywhere else I've been, & it lasts the longest of anywhere else I've been. They are so rude. I got my nails done there today and they do a good job but the guy told me he was going to cut me with the drill if I didn't stop moving. I wasn't moving. He was hurting me he was holding and manipulating my fingers so hard. No one smiles. They are unprofessional. I'm glad there are other choices in the area.

Focus Nail Spa in Noblesville, IN is so nice. The staff is friendly and did a very good job on my mom and my pedis. I've had many pedis but never one this nice. They took their time and really did a good job. I live in Chicago so I'm used to being rushed in and out. So I was very impressed with their diligence. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town and my mom can't wait to go back for her mani in a couple weeks. Thanks Kim and Jenny
