Unfortunately my salon was full and needed manicure with gel polish, so I thought Id go here and try them out. They were friendly and i got in quick. Normally with gel polish my nails will look awesome for 3 wks or longer. The products they use started chipping by the 5th day. Also I think it's very pricey. Will not be a return customer. I went here to get my nails done, I got the guy who sits in the first chair. When I sat down he started working on my nails right away. The manicure was not a good one at all and I was not satisfied with the results. A few things that happened to me while I was there has turned me away from this nail salon forever. I had to ask multiple times to cut my nails shorter and then eventually I was told I was "wasting his time" and then refused to repaint my nails when he put the wrong color on them because once again I was "wasting his time" and then to top off my experience, As he was putting the acrylic on my nails he looked up at me and scrunched up his nose. Then he took the little fan that is used to dry nails, turned it on the highest setting, and faced it towards him. I thought he was just hot, but he continued to look uncomfortable and scrunch his nose. Eventually he told me that, and I quote,  "your hands stink and you really need to learn how to wash your hands more" Then he proceeded to turn on yet another fan and turned it towards him. I had put on some sour apple scented hand sanitizer before going into the salon and could only think of that being the culprit of the smell he was talking about. I just want to let everyone know that I did not make a scene during any of this, I still tipped the man, and I have never made a bad review on anything before. I'm just not that kind of person. But I felt so mistreated here that I could not go without saying something about it. Please don't go here, as far as I can see, they are rude people. Read Less

first time I went there, it was alright. my gel polish was somewhat uneven, but still pretty. second time, the lady cut my nails too short that one actually bled, and did the gel polish. It was lumpy and uneven, and even missing in some spots. but I don't like to complain so I dealt with it. until the gel started peeling 2 days later. The first time I went, I was told gel lasts 2/3 weeks. when I told them about it peeling early, they told me that it doesn't stick to real nails, only fake nails. which is a lie. I still have the gel on my toes from the first time I went. I will not be back. Read Less

First time having ever been to a nail salon. The lady did NOT give me what I asked for. I asked for acrylic nails. I wound up with just a manicure. However, I am very happy with the level of service I received and the quality of service. She said "Your nails too nice. Your nails to strong. No ruin your nails. Use own nails. Save money too." I was very happy with the end result. And was more impressed with the service and the fact that she didn't want to just make as much money as she could. Read Less

Today I had the worst experience. I usually go to princess nails and I have had nothing less then a 5 star experiences. But today, a very run older man swooped me up from my usual person table and asked me to set down at his station. He then began to scold me for having glue on my nails, which is a hazard of my job. Then he got mad at me ripped off one of my nails. When he got frustrated with that he gave me a saturated cotton ball and told me to take off my own nail polish. I asked for my regular person and he lied to me saying he was not there. I told him I saw him and spoke with him when I came in. He then told me he went to something to eat. This is a good place for a basic spa pedicure. They always seem busy and the place seems clean.  Their prices seem reasonable ($25 for a spa pedi). I've walked in 3 times without an appointment and they've always been able to accommodate me within 5 minutes.  As with any nail salon, some technicians are better than others. The females who have done my pedis did a better job than the male who did it once. He was just a touch too rough with the salt scrub.  Overall my polish would last up to 3 weeks.  Some of the techs aren't the friendliest people; however, at $25 per pedi you're not paying for 5-star service. I've had solar nails for 3 1/2 months and it was my first time with nail overlays so I didn't know what to expect. I have gotten every single one of my fills here and just found out they've been doing acrylic fills despite my repeatedly asking for the solar pink fills. I didn't know the trouble this would cause. Last time I went (when I finally found out about the switch in product), I mentioned I thought the overlay was lifting at the tips of a few nails (I keep them pretty short so it wasn't a length issue). I also noticed a little yellow spot. The owner, who was doing my nails, completely blew me off and did NOTHING about what I perceived as problems. Not only is this terrible customer service, but a week and a half later the lifting is so bad at the tips I had to get the nails completed taken off at another salon. The yellow spot now covers a much larger portion of my nail and was confirmed as fungus. I cannot and will not say that the fungus originated from this salon but the fact that it was ignored and is now so much worse warrants a bad review to me. Read Less

Sonny and Angie make this the best nail salon ever. Their gel tips are the best I have seen from all over the country; their technology is little known and superior. Sonny has an amazing memory for his clientele, many of whom have customers for more than a decade and now come back with their kids and grand kids.
