0/10. Waited for 45 minutes. If I had a dollar off for everytime they made my friend bleed it would have been free. Horrible service, got on her phone while doing her nails. My sister could have done better nails, she’s five. Would not recommend, horrible experience. Will not be coming back.

I called to ask them how much a full set with gel polish would be and he acted like he didn’t know what a full set was and then he explained it would be $50!! Whenever at other nail places their typically $35/$40. Didn’t waste my time with trying to go in there and I would recommend no one else to

We waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 20 minutes and 2 other people walked in. They had an appointment so they got to go first, even though we had already waited for 20 minutes. No one checked on us or even acknowleged us. Our water was freezing so we decided to leave. All they said was make an appointment next time without as much as a sorry or even lifting their heads from what they were doing.
They shouldn't have walk ins welcome on their door if that's how they are treated.

As with any place, if you're rude to them, of course your service won't be as good. 🙄
No one wants to spend time with someone who's treating them poorly.
As for nails themselves, they do a very good job!
I would recommend them. 😊

Was in the spa for a pedicure. Sitting in the chair for 30 minutes why the staff was by passing me. I looked at the tech and told her I was here before they were. Her response was we take appointment ...
Was in the spa for a pedicure. Sitting in the chair for 30 minutes why the staff was by passing me. I looked at the tech and told her I was here before they were. Her response was we take appointment first. Why didn't you explain that when I came in? I told them there communication sucks. Although at this time my water is cold in the base tub.Then she replied by saying we was not trying to ignore you. The look I gave all of them was pricless. Then the tech decided to come and and provide her services. I advise everybody not to do business there. If so ask how long it is gonna be. SERVICE SUCKS!!!😡

Even though they were crazy busy she did a great pedicure and was very nice. Only reason not a five is they definitely need more help. Will be back again!

I get my nails here due to its proximity to where I live. So far the quality of work is good, the ladies are friendly.
Cons: Can be a long wait depending on the day. Have never booked an appointment...

Cons: Can be a long wait depending on the day. Have never booked an appointment so can not say how it would work in that situation. To the best of my knowledge they have no loyalty programme. Would be nice to get a free manicure after paying for 10 mani-pedis

I went in wanting a thin coat of gel over my nails so they would grow out. My daughter wanted just the gel polish. They filed her nails down to almost nothing before applying polish. With me she argued I didn't want what I told her to do. Once I finally got her to understand what I wanted, she applied a layer of acrylic, not gel, and also filed on my nails (which I told her were already shaped) down to almost nothing. The layer of acrylic is lumpy and uneven and the shape of my nails is horrible. Some of them just look like she poured goop over them. I will NEVER go there again.- Not quite a week later and ALL my nails are lifting and my polish is chipped on almost all my nails. I can't believe I paid $35 for this!

I usually go to Princess Nail near the Newburgh Walmart but decided to give LV Nail a try. The staff are very friendly and personable. The salon was very clean and all pedicure tools were in a sealed (sanitized) bag. A spa pedi is $25 here - same as at Princess Nail. I feel that the service here is slightly better than Princess Nail for the same type and price of pedi so they get 5 stars from me. Polish lasted just under 3 weeks.

We waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 20 minutes and 2 other people walked in. I went in wanting a thin coat of gel over my nails so they would grow out. My daughter wanted just the gel polish. They filed her nails down to almost nothing before applying polish. With me she argued I didn't want what I told her to do. Once I finally got her to understand what I wanted, she applied a layer of acrylic, not gel, and also filed on my nails (which I told her were already shaped) down to almost nothing. The layer of acrylic is lumpy and uneven and the shape of my nails is horrible. Some of them just look like she poured goop over them. I will NEVER go there again.- Not quite a week later and ALL my nails are lifting and my polish is chipped on almost all my nails. I can't believe I paid $35 for this!

I usually go to Princess Nail near the Newburgh Walmart but decided to give LV Nail a try. The staff are very friendly and personable. The salon was very clean and all pedicure tools were in a sealed (sanitized) bag. A spa pedi is $25 here - same as at Princess Nail.
