HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited for over an hour, they couldn't do what I wanted and even laughed when I showed them "how to" since they don't know how to be creative. I asked for thinner and shorter, they gave me long and thick. I called to see if I can get a refund or just have them taken off and they AGAIN laughed and said "no, I cannot do that". So unprofessional I can't believe this!

Didn't have to wait too long however the lady that did my gel manicure didn't speak hardly any english so when I had a question about the color options offered in gel, she was unable to answer me and I ended up confusing her about what I wanted. I went on with what I initially said and I liked the color but the job wasn't too great. The gel ended up on my fingers off of my nails so now I'm worried it won't last too long before peeling off. Also, this place didn't have many gel polish colors to pick from. Prices were reasonable. Probably will go somewhere else next time.

The tech made my mom cry because she was so rude. She had to leave before they were even done and go to another salon. Just go somewhere else to get your nails done!

I moved to Owensboro a year ago and still am on a search for a good nail salon. Good pedicure for the price but no base coat was put on prior to polish and they cleaned off tools while my feet were in...
I moved to Owensboro a year ago and still am on a search for a good nail salon. Good pedicure for the price but no base coat was put on prior to polish and they cleaned off tools while my feet were in tub and cleaned tub after feet were rinsed off while I was sitting there. Gel manicure was good but no trimming of cuticles. Salon was full and a decent selection of polish. Note that the bottles with #'s have matching polish for shellac or gel nails which ever you want to call it.

I only get pedicures and they do an excellent job. They take their time and do a thorough massage of the feet and lower legs. I have had an ingrown toenail removed in the past and they always take special care of that toe.

Price has never been the same 3 times. The service is never the same each time. Choice of colors not good. Need more help. Gave it 3 times, not going back.

They gave me a cuticle infection. I had to take off all my polish and all my stuff on that nail so I could clean the infected cuticle.
