Love Kim and she takes very good care of me, I am very picky with my nails and how they are done! I do realize not everywhere is good for everyone but I have had nothing but good from USN’s! Been going here for a little over a year, they also give good pedicures! I’ve also experienced disrespectful customers about prices, threatening of employees and customers in which every employee there kept their composure, however, my husband had to get involved due to an elderly woman being threatened by a combative customer! I would hope that some would realize that SOME (NOT ALL) “bad experiences” may come from the lack of the nail techs not being mind readers or someone trying to get a deal after prices were confirmed BEFORE nails being done, I have witnessed this numerous times lol! I'm leaving very disappointed. I was on the salon close to 90 minutes for a simple shellac manicure. It took too long for the removal of old polish, my nails are all crooked. He filed them after I asked him multiple times to cut them. The polish appears to be tacky or almost sticky now. There are streaks on the top coat too. I left and immediately went back after I realized alcohol wasn't taking that stickiness away. The guy who looked at them said they were fine. Lol! If they were fine I wouldn't have come back in. I asked for a new top coat and again he told me they were fine. I'm angry I just spent way too much of my afternoon at this place and then to boot, they didn't even fix my issue. I got there close to 6 and didn't leave until after 8. There was 1 person in front of me. 45 for a full set and my nails are thick, uneven, crooked and they are lifting so badly they are all getting stuck in my hair!! The salon is very nice & clean. I didn't like how the prices weren't posted but that's personal preference. I got the Tango pedicure & was very happy with the service once it started. I was soaking for at least 15 minutes beforehand which the water became cold... Overall, I would definitely get another pedicure! (I'm way too picky to leave my nail salon for my full set.) My pedicure was amazing that I got yesterday..the girl took her time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. When it came time to get my nails done (I told him it had been over a year since I'd had a full set) he wasn't gentle and I actually had 2 different nails bleed. I want an American manicure as I'm not a fan of the bright pink used on Pink & White but I still ended up with bright pink, longer nails than I wanted, and sores that hurt even when plain water get on them. This place is awful! If you're smart, save your money and go somewhere else. This place does not deserve the business they still have. The workers are rude, and always do an awful job. I went and got tips put on my nails with SNS, two days later my thumb nail broke off. I went back to have it fixed and she put the wrong color on my broken nail.. Have used this salon fairly regularly over the past few years so I am not quite sure what the steady cause of their decline has been. Always friendly and personable staff, but unfortunately the quality of service is not quite up to par. I went here a week before my trip to get acrylic nails by a young guy here . First of all, it took almost two hours when it was supposed to take one and a few were crooked. Later that week on a Thursday one broke off without even hitting it and two of them were cracking and looked like they were going to break off. So I went another salon to fix it . Today is Thursday and the others nail that came off just broke in half while I was just writing. Very annoyed. This has never happened to me from any other place. Do not get acrylics from here. Stopped for a pedicure 2 days ago.  Very clean but I won't go back.  Same price as other salons but no base coat or top coat and already chipped. 2 coats of polish by itself just doesn't cut it.  Sort of wonder if I got the economy treatment without the economy price. Read Less

There is no point in making an appointment here, they work at a slow pace and is pretty much first come first serve. Very disappointed in the services. I waited 45 mins with an apointment at there dirty work station. Read Less
