I travel for work and finding a nail salon that accommodates walk-ins and accepts debit/credit cards is sometimes difficult. Other factors that help make my decisions are cleanliness,  rave reviews from other clients,  different packages/services they might offer.In New Castle,  seeking a pedicure,  I made my decision based on the fact that when I called,  they told me they accepted Debit cards.   Surprisingly,  most salons only deal in cash,  which I rarely carry. The salon is not fancy by any means.   I suppose it's acceptable by Local standards.   But,  I was given a pedicure by a young gentleman from Cambodia? He did a very nice job shaping my nails,  was detailed and experienced, provided a half-leg massage and brief courteous conversation.He also used,  (for lack of a better work), a cheese-grater on my heels.   I have never had this done before,  not even in high-priced spas,  so I was very pleased to have Smooth heels following his work. This place is literally so awful when doing nails and toes. I went and got my nails done and they aren't on straight on and my maroon nails are almost pitch black. They didn't ask me what type I wanted my nails they just did whatever. I'm so mad at this place im never going back. My cousin also went with me and the lady dropped her original nail polish and got her a new color and didn't even ask her if it was okay. It's a dark purple but it looks black. There is also a design on it and it's orange but you can see It unless you look close. So I would not recommend going to this place nail experts is so much better! Read Less

My sister and I went to get our nails done here two days ago. My nails look two weeks old. The acrylic is breaking into pieces and my colors are rubbing off. Its only been two days. There's no reason for this. I am very upset because they were for a special event. I'll never come back. Read Less

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Spent 3 hours in there to walk out with my nails looking horrible. One employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. I even had nail polish all over my fingers, my 2 year daughter could have done a better paint job. It is now my mission to make sure no one gets there nails done here. Read Less

This Nail Salon is small but they are AMAZING! They have a really great artist there that can do almost anything on your nails. They are very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend them. I have been to all the salons in town and this is my favorite. The one beside Gamestop is my least favorite. Read Less
