My normal nail salon was closed on Sunday. Tried this place out only because of that. Not good at all. Dirty, smelled like sewer, equipment was being reused, very unfriendly, pedicure chair was broken. Wanted my daughter to just sit up in the chair had to ask twice for a pillow for her back. Every time I go they seem to give me another reason on why not to go back. This time they rushed through my gel manicure and I even have polish on my non cut cuticles. Last time they burnt my upper eye so bad from hot wax. I'm talking about blister burns. I'm probably not going to go back. Best salon I have found in the area! There are always a ton of workers so you never waiting long if you wait at all! Saturday mornings are busy of course so get there before they open! But heck there busy even in the middle of the week!! They are high quality! My nail polish on my toes last 4-5 weeks and my gel manicure goes way beyond the 2 weeks! 3 weeks it starts to chip a little and maybe by the 4th week I'm going back to get them back if not by week 5! I won't be going back, the girl that did my Pedi didn't even trim my nails, she swiped an emery board across all of the nails on each foot at once and put some lotion on my legs and painted the nails no massage, I was done well before the 2 other people I was there with and they were started on before me. I had to pay the same price for 1/2 the service. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future. Read Less

I have been to this salon many times and thought it was the best around. I was so disappointed when management did not acknowledge and then charged for a pedicure after the technician cut my sister's toe. I understand that these things happen and the technician was very sorry and apologetic. However, it was more than a slight cut and they actually put nail glue on it to stop the bleeding, dipped it back into the dirty water, and took the nail brush over it as she continued to finish the pedicure. Management was notified of the problem and was asked whether to charge for the service. We paid for the service but they have now lost my business. We would have returned in the future if management had done the right thing or offered a free service on the next visit. Mistakes happen but I have lost confidence in this salon. Read Less
