I was here for a total of 2 hours for a simple set put on and nail polish. The guy was really rough on my hands, especially around spots that were visibly tender, and cut into my pinky causing me to bleed. Two different matte top coats were used, so there was a noticable difference in color, and a ton of dust settled into the polish as it was drying, so it had to be removed and redone. I think he must have been irritated at that point, because he hurt my hands even worse as he was taking the polish off. I went back under the dryer and waited quite some time, then reached in my purse for my card.. and it all smudged. My only guess is that because he was in such a rush to repaint them, he didn't allow any time in between for the coats to dry, causing the bottom layers to still be sticky. At that point a woman takes care of me and repaints them. She was very kind and gentle, finally getting my nails to look how they should be. I left with a ton of nail bits stuck underneath though, which I tried to remind them to get, but I think everyone just wanted to be done at that point. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to In My Life. They can not do designs and i was cut in like 5 different spots near my cuticle. The people were super nice but the stations were not clean and my shellac was applied so thin and streaky - didn't look horrible in the store but so obvious out in the sun. And it started chipping on multiple nails before even a week had past. And the parking lot was an absolute zoo.Read Less

I stopped in with my daughter for a quick gel manicure. We asked to see the color swatches and were given what seemed liked hundreds of painted nails, way more than was necessary. I just wanted a pearl white color. We chose our colors and I was kind of surprised that they didn't write down the colors we chose. My daughter looked stressed and I didn't know why, when she was done she told me that a cockroach had climbed on her leg twice and crawled across the table and the tech didn't see it. I took a picture then killed it when I was told to sit at that table next. Couldn't believe how gross it was. When it was my turn, they forgot which color I wanted. Then, when they went to open the nail polish I chose, it was not the color I wanted, it was so old that it had no color. When I left, my nails looked like my natural nail color, as if they just put clear polish on, waste of $30!  They put lotion on me then didn't even clean my nails afterwards! DISSAPOINTED is an understatement. I have gone to this nail salon for quite some time and upon this visit had a new guy doing my service. A simple mani pedi. No frills. He was not really speak to me but to his coworkers in his native tongue. Never bothers me. I don't go for chatty chat anyway. My water was cold and when asked if u could have more hot water he huffed as he put in more hot water. When I was finished and walking over to the manicure section something flew into my polish so he had to redo my big tie which he just threw another coat on top of the area. When I asked him after it dried to fix it as it did not look right he again huffed. After my manicure was complete I had air bubbles in two nails that I asked him to fix which he did after huffing. One nail did not look right w his "fix" job so I asked him to take it off that one nail and redo it. To which he exclaimed "FUCK!".Really?  I am paying you for a service.  I am walking around telling people where my great looking nails were done at. NO LONGER will I be doing that. so i was online reading the reviews and i thought it was funny that someone complained about a gift card n their rules. I mean not every salon is the same. it's like walking into a store n tryin to return a shirt 120 days when u can only do it in 30 days after buying it! i have bought gift cards at neon nails and they were to tell me more than once it was only for three months. if your a loyal customer you would understand they have rules to follow. sometimes i had a long wait but the service here is great! they are funny and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially to buy a gift certificate. I used to buy gift certificates for my mothers for their birthdays and other holidays at this nail salon. Every other place has a 1 year expiration. Oh but not this place. They have a 3 month expiration. Who ever heard of that. So my mother was going to get her pedicure and manicure done for New Years Eve and when she pulled it out about 5 months later she saw that it had expired 2 months ago. Knowing she had just got this for her birthday. She called me and asked me about it. I told her to call them and see if you could go ahead and use it. They said no, they had already filed their taxes for that quarter. What the heck does that have to do with anything. They have already claimed the money but have not provided the service. I talked to the manager and he said "I'm sorry, thats my decision". I told him, so your willing to lose a loyal client over this. He didn't seem to care. I would have understood if they had a year expiration and I walk in a year and half later and try to use it. That would have been more than enough time to have used it. That was $35 dollars thrown down the toilet and in this bad economy right now thats alot of money to me. So I would not recommend this place because they are a rip off. Read Less
