I wanted to take my 4-year-old daughter to a nail salon for the first time to get her nails painted for special mommy/daughter time. After researching salons and reviews, I decided to take her to Nail Pro. I had a TERRIBLE experience!!!! The woman working with me giggled incessantly while talking with the other workers. She ignored me almost the entire time and probably giggled over half the time we were there. It was annoying and I almost felt as if she was poking fun at my daughter and I (since I don’t know her language, I have no idea what they were talking about). The woman working with my daughter hardly looked at her. She had, what I would call, a mixture between a look of indifference and a scowl on her face. It seemed as though she was inconvenienced by my daughter. When my nails were finished, the woman motioned me over to another area in the salon. It turns out, she was taking me to the paraffin. Before I had time to even think about taking my wedding ring off, she grabbed my hand and dipped it into the paraffin bath! I had to go home and clean the prongs which were full of paraffin. The only positive thing about this experience was that my daughter was so happy to be getting her nails painted purple that she didn’t notice any of this. The next time I take her to a nail salon, I will try to make sure I find someone who will be kind to her and to me. The people at Nail Pro were extremely unprofessional. The shop is always neat and super clean. The staff is always friendly, professional, engaging and they all are great at what they do. I have had several services at their spa and I have always been extremely pleased with the outcome. If you are looking for a good spa/nail shop I highly recommend this one. I have been coming to this salon consistently for 6 months. I have tried every salon around and no one compares to them. They are gentle and I have never been more pleased with there work. I am able to relax with out worrying about them doing a good job. They are super fast and so friendly I can’t say enough about this shop! Love it!!! Read Less

Absolutely love this place. The only place I ever go to get my nails done. They are always super nice, very kind, clean, and non-judgemental. The only good thing is the seats. She messed up on my nails and when I told her she got mad. I left with messed up nails and a high bill. They didn't even want to speak. If you are in a rush and don't mind having messed up nails this is the place to go! Read Less

I've been going here ever since they've open and I absolutely love this place. They are very clean and will always do what you ask. The staff is super sweet and personable. If they have a wait, they do their best to accommodate you to where you aren't waiting too long. Their customer service is amazing and their work is FANTASTIC. One star only because you can't leave a review unless you give 1 star. I got a manicure, he clipped two of my cuticles n caused bleeding. The design was poorly done.  Then he put my hands in paraffin  before they were set., so each nail smudges.!! Still charged me full price. Read Less

I stopped in here for a pedicure on a Sunday because my normal place was closed.  On the plus side it was inexpensive and there was no wait.  They only offer one pedicure and it was quick and utilitarian.  It got the job done but it wasn't very relaxing.  I might come back in a pinch but this definitely isn't my first choice.
