Came for a nail appointment. Picked out my color and sat down. The lady doing my nails said what are we doing today? I told her gel color change, no manicure. She said that's not what was on the piece...
Came for a nail appointment. Picked out my color and sat down. The lady doing my nails said what are we doing today? I told her gel color change, no manicure. She said that's not what was on the piece of paper. She then went to the front desk and asked the lady sitting there. They thought I wasn't looking and started to make faces, mimicking me. I wanted to get up after that but I was there giving them a second chance in the first place. They then went to get the supervisor. She explained the pricing... I understood it was miscommunication... on their part. I felt like I was getting ganged up on while she was explaining the prices as the girl next to the lady kept saying "uhuh", "ya" after everything that was said. I had to walk out I was so turned off by the way they treated me. I have never had service they way they gave it, terrible.

The manicure and Pedicures are very good. The atmosphere with the pedi is tranquil, you are alone in the room. Great down time!

Today I got a gel manicure from Holly and waxings by Crystal. Both services were amazing and the staff is super friendly! Already made my next appointment, can't wait to go back!

I went into spa pointe wanting a new look to reflect new changes in my life and Eleni gave me nothing less. Very pleased with my hair, and the staff is amazing and filled with character!

I got a massage here today from Rita and it was unbelievable! I have been to high end places in Chicago that were no where near as wonderful! She was so nice! It was the ABSOLUTE greatest massage I have ever had! I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be going back!
