They open at 11:00 but when you get there you have to wait for the only person who can do nails to get there. She doesn’t come in until 11:30. I don’t get it. Why open at 11:00 then? The other people working they “can’t do nails” that’s kind of a problem since it’s a nail place. Read Less

Just got a mani-pedi there. Nails look great, unfortunately it's overshadowed by the fact that my fingers are all bleeding. She used the drill directly on my skin for every nail. I was really hoping to find a good nail salon in the area, as I still drive about a half hour to the one I used to use in Tinley Park (VIP). I think I'll keep making the trek as these bloody nails are not worth it. Read Less

I went there to get my nails done and they were horrible. I had them done on Friday and by next Tuesday I went somewhere else to get the fixed. The job the lady did on my nails was horrible. A two year old could have done better. Very disappointed Read Less

I had a good experience here. I went to another nail place, it was $17, and was a $17 job... I came here for a fill in and to fix a broken nail. She did an awesome job and fixed the polish I messed up.. Opps.  We chatted about where I went my first time.. And she agreed, it was a $17 job lol. Let's just say, you get what you pay for. Horrible! Cut so much of my nail off that left exposed skin of my nail bed AND looks bad (doesn't match the rest of my nails). Now I have to wait for nail to grow back and will have to wear bandaid to protect exposed skin. Nail tech was so rude when I brought this to her attention and told me I was being dramatic. I told her that I didn't want her to continue my manicure. I waited for my friend to finish her pedicure and then we left before my friend could get her mani done. Don't waste time or money here! I have come here on and off for over a year. Kim and her brother are so friendly. Even when I haven't been there for a month or two, I walk in and they know my name and ask me how I'm doing. I really appreciate going to a nail salon where they take the time to learn about their customers and can remember their names.I have always been happy with my pedicures and no chip manicure's.And I think their prices are very reasonable Read Less

Me and my fiance decided to try this place before we went to Vegas to get married we both had a pedicure he had a manicure and I had a gel french tip overlay for the both of us it came to 90 dollars thought that was kinda high but whatever so the pedicures were OK no scrubbing was involved my nails were kinda sloppy man was nice tho but I've had better my nails started peeling after 5 days I guess from the gel overlay never had that happen since I used my own nails I had a french manicure painted on my hands those where sloppy and not done right and spots where she didn't get the white all in all don't waste your money here so not worth it if you wanna throw your money down the drain after just less than a week go ahead I was very dissatisfied but I didn't feel like throwing a fit I was going to Vegas the next day to get married I wanted to make it there and not jail worst place ever the old lady there is also useless like go sit down some where you have no idea what your doing and child labor the poor kids were working the cash register each time called by owners while they were trying to watch TV in back Read Less

Rude!  Went with my BFF for our monthly pedi treat. Two people working, a woman and a young man,  the young man was actually very nice and was doing a good job on my pedi until more customers came in. The woman told him to stop my pedi and take care of the people that came in. She finished my friend's pedi...a 10 minute pedicure!!!...then finished mine, another 5 minutes. She asked me if I wanted my cuticles on my hands cleaned up and stupid me, I said sure. This added another 2 minutes and the price of a full manicure!!!  No combo service discount.  The woman got very rude when I tried to complain about the price.  I finally decided its easier to just pay up and post bad reviews on every website I come across. Bad service. I went in for a manicure. There were two ladies working, one was doing a pedicure and the other one was on the phone. I waited about 15 minutes for the lady to get off the phone. She put my hands in acetone to remove my old no-chip manicure I had (I did not get it done there). The lady went back on the phone and I had to wait until the lady doing the pedicure to start on my manicure. She was doing pretty good until I noticed she was doing her coats too light. I asked her for a third coat and she said no because then it would be too thick. I was so mad at the fact I had to wait and this just made even more mad. You can see my nails through the nail polish from how thin she did it. And it was OPI so it was not cheap nail polish. I could of done a better job my self. I will not be going back there again.
