Super Nail is the best place in town to get nails and toes done!!!! Not only is it clean but it smells fresh and clean!!! The staff is so welcoming and very talented!! I won't go anywhere but Super Nail for my mani and pedi ever!!! Thank you Super Nail for being a great experience every time!!! No matter who does your nails they will look Amazing!!!!

They completely messed up my nails. If I could negative star I would. My thumb nails are crooked, they’re curled under horribly, didn’t clean under them. Worst manicure I’ve ever had and when I tried ...
They completely messed up my nails. If I could negative star I would. My thumb nails are crooked, they’re curled under horribly, didn’t clean under them. Worst manicure I’ve ever had and when I tried to have them fix what they did they said no refunds and to basically deal with it. I’m appalled by their service

I love the owners but the place is getting run down. My pedicure chair massage wouldn't work correctly and the nail dryer didn't either. The chairs are worn out too. On a plus side the nail tech didn't try to up sell me on a bunch of extras!!!! Harry and Susan need to do some fixing up and reinvesting in their business.

Whenever I am in Muncie and decide to get my nails done, Super Nail has always been the place! They always do a great job on my toes and the polish tends to last forever! I was here a couple days ago for the first time in years and did notice, though, that all of their pedicure chairs are looking super rough. Some updates should be made to keep this place fresh.

A week and a half ago a manicurist accidentally punctured my pinky with a drill causing my finger to bleed on the table. He apologized and put a bandaid on it. I went to urgent care where I was given ...
A week and a half ago a manicurist accidentally punctured my pinky with a drill causing my finger to bleed on the table. He apologized and put a bandaid on it. I went to urgent care where I was given a tetanus shot and a 10 day course of antibiotics. The visit cost me $147. I know accidents can happen but I don't think there was any care or concern as to how I was to take care of the injury. I do not recommend this salon.

This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I am not very picky, I get my nails done because I am awful at doing them myself, so it doesn't take much to impress me.

This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I am not very picky, I get my nails done because I am awful at doing them myself, so it doesn't take much to impress me.
The gentleman that did my nail was very nice and polite, and for that I gave him a tip, but he can't do a manicure. First, there was not enough water the bowl to even soak half of the tip of my finger. Yet, that probably wasn't an issue since he didn't take any of my cuticle off, but instead run ran through the motion of doing it. Second, when he was filing my nails, he not only did a bad job, but he also completely forgot to file my left hand. Last but not least, when he was applying polish, he was not paying the least amount of attention, so the corner of the nails on my right hand don't have any polish. I paid $12 just to go pay more money somewhere to get them redone since I have a wedding to attend this weekend. PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND JUST LET YOUR LITTLE SISTER DO YOUR NAILS INSTEAD. because it would look about the same as if you got them done here. Or better.

Horrible experience from a previously top rated salon. The woman who didn't pedicure was making fun of myself and others in the shop in Vietnamese. The gesturing, looks and laughter from her colleagues made the few of us getting pedicures uncomfortable . She cut my feet twice to the point they were bleeding, and did it apologize. Don't let the older looking woman who has a perpetual sour look on her face work on you.

I was glad to find an affordable place to get my nails done. It's only $10 for a manicure and $20 for a pedicure. That's a very good price for this town. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the pedicure spas. I watched them clean them, and it seems they only did a quick spray and wipe, not a good thorough cleaning. However, the stuff they add to the foot soak smelled like it had anti-bacterial qualities, so I relaxed a little. All in all, I liked this place and intend to go again.

They completely messed up my nails. If I could negative star I would. My thumb nails are crooked, they’re curled under horribly, didn’t clean under them. Worst manicure I’ve ever had and when I tried to have them fix what they did they said no refunds and to basically deal with it. I’m appalled by their service

I love the owners but the place is getting run down. My pedicure chair massage wouldn't work correctly and the nail dryer didn't either. The chairs are worn out too. On a plus side the nail tech didn't try to up sell me on a bunch of extras!!!! Harry and Susan need to do some fixing up and reinvesting in their business.

A week and a half ago a manicurist accidentally punctured my pinky with a drill causing my finger to bleed on the table. He apologized and put a bandaid on it. This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I am not very picky, I get my nails done because I am awful at doing them myself, so it doesn't take much to impress me.
The gentleman that did my nail was very nice and polite, and for that I gave him a tip, but he can't do a manicure. I was glad to find an affordable place to get my nails done. It's only $10 for a manicure and $20 for a pedicure. That's a very good price for this town.
