I have never disliked a nail place so much! I always get gel and it was 10 more instead of 5 and she just ripped my old gel polish off instead of letting my nails soak. Now it's only been a week and my actual nails and gel polish are both chipping! I have never had this happen before. The only reason I tried here is because I was in the area. Won't be going back. I do not recommend them! The lady was also very rude and was telling me that nail polish was not good for your nails?? I thought this was very odd being that she painted nails for a living. The guy who did my nails was really creepy, he even smurf when he cut my skin three times and when I said “ouch” he was said the same thing but with a teasing tone. I will never go back to this nail salon ever. Read Less

One of the worst experiences ever! Can’t cut a straight line, very rude, could see through my nails after the nail polish was put on, and couldn’t even wipe off the polish they got on my skin. Never will go back! Read Less

I am not the type of person to complain nor am I a picky person but this is the absolute worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. My mother and I thought we would try them out because we were already in the mall.. the lady was halfway done with her nail by time the guy was done taking the polish off of my nails. He was not responsive, seemed out of it, and watched TV most of the time... he cut my fongers 3 different times and filed my nails so hard I had to pull away because the pain was so bad.. They transferred me to another woman who started applying the wrong color to my nails and would not change it until another woman told her what I was saying.. The end result of my nails was horrific.. They were ALL mishaped, bubbly, jagged, and painted way too thickly. I highly do not reccomend this salon to anyone. Read Less

I would give negative stars if I could. The salon was dirty, but I went with friends so I went through with a pedicure against my better judgment as a nurse. My gut feeling was correct. A few days later my feet broke out in red bumps... this has turned out to be a bacterial infection that I'm still paying to treat a month later. Read Less

Worst nail salon I've ever been to! Horrible experience from beginning to end. The man doing my nails was barely awake & coherent. My nails looked awful. Another young lady (a customer) had been cut, she was bleeding and was visibly upset. Staff was rude! I did not even want to pay. The board of health need to pay this establishment a visit! This 1 star is being really nice. I just got my nails done this past Sunday cause my normal place was closed and come monday night one wad already coming off and its acrylic. The guy didn't talk to me and he did a horrible job even painting my nails. I called back on Tuesday to let them know that my nails that I just got done Sunday by the man was coming off. She got really hateful and said no man was here Sunday. I told her yes there was he was doing pedicures before he did my nail and also there was a 12-13 year old boy there cleaning the foot baths so there was two males then she got quiet and said "no refund come back we redo nails" then said why would I want to come back to get my nails done when the man cut me several times and obviously did a horrible job. Worst experience ever...Ok so I don't normally post anything on here but do not ever go to Ann's nails in the mall. They have to be the worst nail place in town. Staff was extremely rude! They had three people working and when customers would ask how long before they should come back they were told to pick out a color and sit. Even when asked again they would be ignored or told to sit. I told them what I wanted done and they just ignored what I had asked for my daughter's. Worst experience ever.. Man doing my nails kept falling asleep and cut me. After asking for the woman to do my nails she complained that she didn't want to. This is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. I got gel nail polish that chipped in 2 days instead of 2 weeks that I usually get before they chip. I also got a pedicure, but they didn't do a very good job on my feet.I have been to better nail salons for cheaper. Read Less

Do NOT go to Ann's Nails for a manicure. Just don't do it. I have had pedis there that were fine, but my first natural nail manicure I had done there began to peel within 24 hours. The polish didn't even last 24 hours. I went back a year later for a Shellac manicure. I called and asked if they did Shellac, they said yes, so I went. IT WAS NOT ACTUAL SHELLAC. Just a knockoff. It looked terrible, the guy buffed the crap out of my nail beds so I had scabs the next day. WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Read Less
