Worst nail salon experience ever. I came in last Thursday to try it out and get a new gel set. I was there a MAXIMUM of 15 minutes and no I’m not exaggerating. I’ve had plenty of gel manicures and none have been so awful. They spent maybe 30 seconds filing my nails “even” then immediately began to paint. They didn’t soak my nails, trim the cuticles, or rough them up before applying the polish. I had just got off a long shift so I just let it slide thinking my cuticles weren’t that horrible and maybe it would be fine. It wasn’t. 3 of my nails had chipped by the next day and EVERY nail was chipped horribly by Sunday night. I had to remove it and repaint them myself because they looked so bad I couldn’t show up at work with them. Rarely ever do my gel manicures chip and if they do it’s usually close to 2 weeks after application. When I called them Thursday to ask for directions (because my gps took me someplace totally different) they answered my call on the second ring, now I have yet to get through to them even though I’ve called every day since Monday (several times and at different times), and they don’t have a voicemail so there was no way to leave a message. I’m not one for writing reviews on companies but this experience was so bad I felt I needed to share it. On the up side I would highly recommend Helen nails in plainfield. They are always amazing and the only reason I tried a new salon was because I got a new job and Helen is about 30 minutes out of my way now. I now know 30 minutes is worth the drive if this place is my other option. Read Less

I got my nails filled in with gel and the gel polish was already chipping that same night. It's been a week since I got my nails filled in here and there  was already a gap within four days and the ends to the acrylic were already lifting up which caused one of my nails to break. Read Less

Loved my pedicure and my fill in. Even though they were busy they took care of me right away. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. Loved the atmosphere. Would recommend to all my friends. I will definitely be going back. Read Less

I will say that I am not an avid nail maintenance person but I have went to a few nail salons and this one was subpar. Not only did I ask for oval nails and got square nails it hasn't even been a week and I already need a fill-in because the gap between my cuticles and the acrylic nails. So I thought well I can fix the square to oval  when I get home and didn't think it would be that  big of an issue, but once I got home I noticed a lot more different flaws with the fingernails such as excess acrylic under the nails and the cuticles of the nail weren't even taking care of and some nails were uneven.  The thickness of the nails is another problem they are raised up off of my nails, even past the cuticles, all of my fingers  looks like I'm wearing Chiclet Gum as fingernails. All of the ladies in the shop we're very nice so I kind of think maybe with the nail technician I had it was possibly a language issue. So as far as Hospitality they were great as far as services not so great. Also had my eyebrows waxed and for the most part they were good I just had a few flaws that I had fixed,  one was a slightly thinner than the other but the maintenance to get them correct was minimal.
