Customer service by the reception is is terrible ! She is rude and makes it feel like she is doing you a favor by answering a question . Also stood at the desk waiting for receptionist and nail tech came up there and looked at me as if she was there to help me. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and she turned around and started talking to the manager about someone's nails and walked away! I enjoy the environment and came there today as I loved this salon years ago when they were smaller. They need new receptionist that knows what profession customer service is and nail techs that appreciate you coming to they're salon. Read Less

Worst service I have ever received in my whole life!!! I asked for simple daisies to be painted on my  big toes and the nail lady did a horrible job so I asked her to remove the design and just leave them a solid color. The nail lady did not want to remove the design and started yelling at me. It was beyond uncomfortable! My daughter stood between the nail technician and me and proceeded to tell the woman to stop yelling at me. All of the staff in the place just stared at us and the OWNER!!! Refused to come over to diffuse the situation. The nail lady did not complete my pedicure and then proceeded to charge me for the people of now. When I told the owner that I was not going to pay the full amount for a pedicure that was not completed the owner told me that she had to check the video tapes. When they checked the video tapes they saw that a pedicure that was supposed to last 40 minutes only lasted 26 minutes and said that instead of charging me $30 they would charge me 20. They should not have charge me a penny. I cannot believe how bad the service was. I have never encountered anything like this in my life. It was alright, there wasn't much workers in there so they had to keep switching but other than that they did a really good job on me and my friends nails and I'd definitely go again, it was also very clean and nice. Read Less

Best nail spa used to be the best around. Unfortunately in the past year or so tbey have been on a decline. The manager does not listen to the customers, they have lost staff, and there is just an obvious disconnect between the staff and customers. I have not been back for a while. Read Less

Nail techs are okay... But the woman at the front is very rude. Horrible customer service from everyone there. No one acknowledges you when you walk on at all. I will not go back there because of this. Read Less

Arrived at 6 with no appointment & was at a pedicure station within a few minutes.  I was out, complete with  shellac manicure and pedicure (and removal of shellac from previous manicure) in one hour and fifteen minutes.  Quinn was very friendly and did an excellent job.  The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The salon appearance was clean, up to date, and nicely appointed.  I also liked the wide variety of shellac colors available.  I will definitely go back. Read Less

Well I went in for a full gel set and toes Polish. Got horrible nail work and customer service from the man who was doing my nails, he skipped steps doing the process. I forgot to mention he also dripped oil on my fingers after he was done. Soon after that he told me to dry my nails for 12 minutes, told me nails was dry I can get up.. so I go to wash the extra oil off my hands all the Polish came off reminder I just ask him he sure they dry before I wash.my nails was uneven more gel layer on some not enough gel on some, just horrible I waited for a lady to fix because the guy start on another customer so I was there for 40 minutes longer then I needed to be. toes never got touched will never go again (I wish I could rate no star at all ) Read Less

We had our nails done here before a wedding. I just had a plain manicure. My nail tech asked me multiple times if I wanted shellac. He then asked me multiple times who was paying. I had to ask him to fix a nail that wasn't evenly polished. When I went to dry my nails, he brought my jacket. He held it like it was something really disgusting. The mother of the bride tried to pay for everyone at once, and they wouldn't let her. She was paying in cash, but they wanted her to pay for each girl separately. Place seemed clean. Visiting South Bend with my best friend and wanted a good mani pedi. Not many choices in South Bend, but convinced we found the best. It's in a somewhat seedy shopping strip, but once you walk in you see a gorgeous spa. It's huge place, not sure I'd go there on a Saturday. Angela was my technician and she was awesome! She was pleasant, gentle and thorough. My feet were so soft after! My friend did not have as good an experience, however. We were there at the end of the day and she felt rushed through. Bottom line, make an appointment, avoid busy times and ask for Angela. Read Less
