Consumer beware. Just got a shellac on Friday May 25 and yesterday polish started to peel. So I went to the salon today to have the problem corrected however I was told I had to wait until Friday. Really I just paid $35 plus a tip of 5 and nails looked better before I throw my 40 down the drain. I treated so ruely because asked for my money back. Very rude fought with me for ever about my moms nails being fake when they were her real nails did a HORRIBLE JOB on our nails and they are very rude and cocky I would NEVER EVER GO BACK! They are beyond over priced. I’ve worked with people for awhile and you never treat someone the way they do! If I could I would rate them negative 10! Save your money and go else where. Read Less

It was my first time going to this salon today and I walked out in the first five minutes of getting my nails done. I asked for a gel manicure with French tips. The lady proceeds to tell me that if I get that done it will chip due to my nail length. Then states I can come back to get t fixed for free but when I state I do not live in town she told me "oh too bad" I then ask for just a regular manicure and she tells me again that the color will chip. So I'm curious as to what type of manicure I could get that would not chip. She was completely rude and should really not be in a customer service job. Read Less

I've now been going to Sophia Nail Salon for almost seven months. I've never had the best business. The services are fabulous. All of staff here were sweet amd kind. SOOOO NICEEEEE! I wouldn't even rate them one star if I didn't have to! There customer service was horrible!! I drove a long way to have my nails done after I specifically called and made an appointment, to get there and have the women tell me she had to leave and didn't have time to do my nails!! After complaining she agreed to fix my one broken nail then had the audacity to only want to repaint that one nail leaving it a different shade of color then the other nine!!! Took my almost 3 year old to get her nails done at a salon for the first time and I will never go back here. The owners little girl was so mean to her while we were waiting to get our nails done. She kept taking whatever you my girl was trying to play with and through a fit and ran off because her dad told her to share. She came back and kept accusing my girl of breaking her toys (which she wasn't) and ran into her and started crying saying my girl stepped on her toe when she didn't. That made me want to leave, but It was our turn, so I didn't. The lady that did her nails kept leaving to do other things and rushes through when she was there and kept yelling at her to sit still when she wasn't even moving. She is 2 after all, she wasn't acting bad and she was trying to keep her hands still. She did a really bad job painting her nails, it looks really sloppy. I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. The staff was friendly and engaging. I got the milk and honey pedicure. It was wonderful. I've never had anyone take so much time on the massage portion of a pedicure. The salon is a bit out of my way but it would be worth the drive to come again. Read Less

Yesterday was my first visit and the service was terrible. I went in for an appointment and my full set AND pedicure were rushed. I did not recieve my full allotted time for my feet and the tech questioned every decision I made for my nails. Not worth the 65$ and I will not be returning. Read Less

I love Sophia's nails I live in Bristol and drive all the way there for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax every time because other salons around just don't cut it I'm very picky about the shape and how thick the acrylic is and I'm never disappointed and shout out to the ladies at station 6 and 7 because they don't even have to ask the way I want my nails they just know I would recommend to anyone Read Less

The people there Werr nice,but the mam who did my nails messed up and about three of them and I've only had these nails on for a week and their already coming off! Not to mention that i paid 42 dollars for them. I will not be going back and i dont recommend going. You can go somewhere else and pay half the price that i did and get way better quality. Read Less

Disappointed in the pedicure experience I had today. Although she was nice, the woman doing the pedicure seemed to be in a big hurry and was more concerned with the phone and guests walking in than she was with me. I was finished before two other pedicures that started before me. (And they got the same Spa/Regular Pedicure.) In fact she arrived herself after those two had started. I didn't mind waiting for my turn, but I expected the service and treatment I was paying for. My toe nail polish is "bubbly" and there is polish on my skin. They were busy, but I think all customers would prefer to wait and then have your full attention and great service. I would give a lower score, but feel bad because I got a shellac manicure here before and had a good experience on that day. Read Less

Love Sophia Nails. The owner, his wife, and all of the staff offer the best customer service and do such good work. It's a very clean and comfortable environment. I only go about every 2 months, but they know my name and remember me every time. I've only ever had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes one time (and most times I don't have to wait at all) and that was Mother's Day weekend, but they still got me in and did not rush my service. Very disappointed in services- ManiPedi. The technician was very unsure of the process he massaged my legs too hard so I had to ask him to stop. I asked him to shape my nails round but he paid no attention and made them square. After 2 days the manicure was chipped and peeling. Very disappointed. I enjoyed my experience at this salon. They allowed me to book my appointment at the end of the day for both a full set gel manicure and a spa pedicure. The ladies that worked on me were friendly and talkative, and made me feel very comfortable. The final results looked great, and I got a lot of compliments on my nails for the next couple of weeks! Super nice people and awesome services.  There are so many pedicure services it was hard to choose but finally got the Sun Kissed version.  Super relaxing and polish looked great.  The owner named the place after her daughter.  So glad she did and moved here from Indianapolis.  She hopes to offer facials in the future and I am sure they will be just as awesome, we could use in the cold of winter.  Please don't hesitate to try, you won't want go anywhere else. Just got pedicures at this place and fell in love. My mom, sister, and I like to get pedicures when my sister and I are both in town visiting, and we have been to quite a few places around the area. This is among the lowest price we have paid, and it was by far the best pampering we have received! Soaks, scrubs, massage, hot towels, lotion, you name it. Everyone was very friendly, and the place was so adorable and very, very clean! I don't think we will ever go anywhere else, we were so happy with this is place!
