Very offensive I will never spent my money there again. She wore 2pair of gloves and a mask to do my feet. I was humiliated she also had on a yellow dish washing glove on top of the two gloves which I told her I hope that's not the gloves you clean the tubs with and she took it off NEVER again. Read Less

I went here to get my nails done for prom last year, worst experience ever. The woman in charge of my nails did not understand English at all and ultimately messed up the design I'd wanted on my nails. I was ashamed to show others them at prom that night. I wold not recommend this. Read Less

I used to come here all the time. I loved them. I moved out of state for just over 5 years and then moved back. I was happy to have a place I knew to come back to. Unfortunately they have seriously declined over the years. It used to always be crowded, especially on a weekend afternoon. When we drove up we never would have thought they were open except for the sign that claimed they were. There were piles of leaves and garbage out front and the parking lot was empty. The salon was empty except for the workers and one customer. Everyone turned towards us and openly stared like we were not supposed to be there (even though we had called ahead to make an appointment.) Everything started out ok once we were seated and the mani-pedis got underway. But when it came time to pay before polish they just took the tip they thought they should get from the cash I gave them. I handed them an extra $20 and asked for change in $5's so I could tip. I handed over $60 cash for a $35 bill and they gave me back $5. I didn't notice right away and wasn't in a position to do so until my nails dried. On top of that they cut my heel with their callous remover. No small cut...literally grated off a one inch piece of my skin. It bled for hours and still hurts horribly 2 days later. They didnt even offer me a bandaid. And they smudged the paint on my big toe and did the worst slap on repair job I have ever seen.No wonder the place was empty! I will never go back. This may have just been a bad experience, but I tried this place out, and it was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The woman doing my nails was clearly the owner, and she rushed through everything and incorrectly charged my debit card so that I had to tip her more when I'd already given a 30% tip (this was before the painting started). Then she failed to take off all of my nail polish from a past manicure, barely filed my nails, and unevenly painted my nails. I had to ask her to fill in places she had missed, and she was being so careless that she got nail polish all around my cuticles. Then she tried to tell me I was done without putting on a top coat or cleaning up the paint she had gotten on my fingers. I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles and put on a top coat, and then she got irritated with me. It was actually pretty ridiculous. Was in town visiting my parents and needed to get my nails done before a wedding. My mom mentioned that there was a nail place near her hair salon so I went. Good choice! They had two people working on my nails at the same time which was convenient and meant I was done in under an hour. They were very friendly and talkative and did a great job with my nails while I relaxed in the massage chair.  The mani-pedi cost me $35+tip. Not bad at all! Read Less
