Kirsten is amazing my nails get compliments all the time my son refuses to go shopping with me. He says it takes twice as long as everyone wants to talk about my nails. I just had to put "fingers to keyboard" and thank you for all the treatments you have given me. I've had facials, which have made me feel (and look?) so good! Electrolosis which has made such a difference to my confidence, plus several other treatments. But most of all, my finger nails! You always pander to my addiction to glitter and bling and come up with the most beautiful designs! I went on my lunch break to get a fill expecting the typical 45min service. There was not a wait at all and I still spent an HOUR and 35 minutes! That is not even counting the 10 minutes under the nail lamp for drying. The woman who did my nails REPEATEDLY stopped filing to chat with the lady next to her, or continued to file while looking at the person she was talking to and as a result my nails are all completely different shapes and lengths. Some are really fat and bumpy while others are extremely thin! They look so miss shaped and deformed; I seriously wonder if the she even has a license. I have never been more disappointed. I am the type of person who likes to write positive reviews, but in this case I cannot. I went in to get a shellac manicure. The person who did my nails was not only unfriendly but very rude. She at no time attempted to look at me or make polite conversation, but spoke to others in her native language the entire time. She acted like doing my nails was such a chore and the arm "massage" was a joke. On top of all of this, she did a terrible job on my nails and I will be going somewhere else to get them redone. I went for a shellac manicure and pedicure on my vacation. The tools were far from new or even sanitized for that matter. The staff was nice but I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and the final result. My pedicure was first and after noticing that there was still a lot of dead skin all over my big toe, I asked her to clean my cuticles some more. She cut into healthy skin and my toe was bleeding everywhere. Then she said that I need to go to a doctor because my blood doesn't clot? I swore she said something about charging me less and she also apologized. Then I had someone different for my manicure. I had to ask my manicurist to use a new buffer on my nails as he tried to use one with someone else's nail crust all over it. When I went to pay at the end it was way more than I thought it was going to be. Then the pedicurist said that she didn't say there would be discount at all. I have a painful, dirty pedicure with a mangled bloody big toe. That's going to look great in my sandals 🙄. Read Less

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They ruined my right eyebrow the day before my brother's wedding and my $18 manicure looks like my 12 year old niece did it. I have to go to Walgreens and buy tons of product to fix this mess. Can't even describe to you how upset I am about this eyebrow. Avoid this place like the plague. Read Less
