I'm not one to complain. But if this place could get 0 stars they would. I got my nails done on Saturday. And by Tuesday I had already popped one off. By Thursday I had 3 missing. I went in and got them "fixed". She kept trying to "save" me money by just charging me $18.00 for my refill (acrylic). I said no I would have to come back. Well she proceeded to tell me that the reason my nails popped off was because of me having short nails.... Ok. Understandable. But when I was done, she charged me?! She said it had been a week. That she only fixed them the day later. I paid for a full set that did not last a week and I had to pay again.... That to me was ridiculous. Save your money, and go get your nails done elsewhere. I was in town 4 a biker party over the weekend & google nail salons near my hotel. This place had 5 stars so i went there. The two ladies were nice & friendly. The place was nice & in order. Worst nail salon I've ever been too! I went in for a no chip manicure and they rushed me out the door. The lady cut under my nail and made me bleed while she was cleaning it. She also got the Polish on my cuticle, cause 4 of my nails to fall off in less than 36 hours. I tried calling three times to go in and get them fixed. I tried going over around 5 on two different days, 2 hours before closing, and they wouldn't let me in. When I finally went in today and asked for a refund because my nails fell off she told me that she would only redo them because it wasn't her fault they fell off. She also yelled at me and told me that it was my fault they came off. Worst service ever!!!! Never going back and I'm ganna make sure none of my friends go either. Read Less
