Been here since 1:10pm & it is currently 2:26pm. There is no communication between the staff & their customers; to let them know that they're not forgotten(just letting us sit & wait)....let alone that it will be "x" amount of time before they gey to you. If i could leave a 0, I would. I paid 100 dollars for a no chip manicure, pedicure and waxing... two nails chipped in less than a week and I went back to get them fixed... then only 8 days after I got them done, two more chipped and some where coming up on the sides. I went in at open and told them, which I'm upset now but hoping they will resolve this, and they tried to blame me and tell me it's time for me to get a new set. Finally, one girl said she would fix them. I had to wait 40 minutes and she only fixed one nail... now it's still not two weeks and another nail chipped. They are unprofessional, rude, and do not do quality work for the price. Do not waste your time. Read Less

My husband and I decided to stop here to get pedicures. At first I was hesitant because the place doesn't look the greatest, they don't have a wide selection on polish, and it was a ghost town. But we decided to stay anyways. I'm happy I did because they didn't rush us, they were thorough in their work, fresh from the package tools, and very nice to us. My feet feel and look amazing!!! Not to mention even my husband approved of the place lol! This is definitely a place I would go back to again for my pedicures!!!! Read Less

Not bad. They were able to accommodate us on a busy Saturday and were nice and polite. Unfortunately some of my no chip nails started peeling off within 4 days (usually my no-chip nails last at least 2 weeks). =( Read Less

This is the most unprofessional salon and slowest in delivering service. It took a total of an hour and a half for a standard pedicure. The employees took at least three smoke breaks during our time sitting in the chair. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Read Less

Just had the worst experience at in Merrillville IN in the K Mart plaza next too rainbow, horrible service I won't be spending my money there ever again I asked two nail techs to do my nails and they both said they had appointments coming in within 15mins the whole time I sat there and waited for Tricey Faith DaLight too get her nails done their appointments never showed, and even when their appointments did not show they still didn't put forth any effort of trying too assist me smh I would not recommend any one to them I know I should have stuck too where Ikno Gina's Nails on 61st always get me right Read Less
