I had a bad experience about a couple of weeks ago with Holly. I frequent this nail quite often, so I go in as I normal do and look at the No Chip colors on the plastic rings to find a color. It was a lady that was there waiting ahead of me so when it was her turn Holly asked her what color. The lady hadn't picked out one so Holly told her to take some of the colors that I was looking at, which wasn't a problem until she told her to take all of them away from me. I felt as though that was very rude so I politely got up and left. About three later I returned to be taken care by the guy who goes my nails Tony. I have been going to Tony for quite some time. During my mail experience with him he asked why I did I leave the nail shop 2-3 weeks ago and I explained politely. Holly interrupts the conversation being rude once again saying that's not the way that it happened and became very argumentative and began to call me a liar and telling me to shut up etc. She got so irate the client that she was doing she couldn't even finish and someone else had to talk over. The other lady was getting her nails and wanted a pedicure, but the way that she continued to behave the lady declined the service. I have never experienced this type of disrespect that I encountered yesterday. I was told to never return but that was definitely fine with me. Any business that would treat their customers in that manner is one that I never need to frequent again! Your response is exactly the point instead of your remedying the problem, you in fact find a rebuttal why the customer was wrong. At the time of service it was only two people waiting to be serviced so it was not like it was a line of people that waited. It was no problem with splitting the colors which all the waiting clients do, but when you tell someone to take them all makes no sense! But as a business owner running a successful establishment would know this. But if this conversation has to take place you lack customer service skills! You asked me how I felt and you were told but it doesn't matter, I just I'm just another black patronizing an establishment where im not welcome...Nothing but the truth exist in me! Read Less

The first time I went in their service was great. Tony was my nail tech and informed me upfront coffin was a little more but the length I wanted was regular length. I went back in yesterday to get a pedi/fill in and everything was going smooth with a different nail tech until the price was verbally stated for the whole transaction. He informed me a trim down was extra and having long nails is extra.... how contradictory? First off I do not have long nails... and even if I did it's not displayed on the price list.. Also how can one charge for both trimming down and because your nails are long? I think it's absolutely absurd when places try to get over on customers... life goes on time for a new nail salon. The older lady... The owner wife I think... Is lazy and does sloppy work I wanted my nails soak off and she left some of the nails on because she was to lazy to scrape the stubborn ones off and I wanted a basic paint job afterwards and it was sloppy. Like come on I didn't ask for much! Now schererville will get my business! She messed up my eye browns a couple of months ago too! She left stray hairs everywhere! Read Less

My sweetie & I had the most delightful couple's pedi yesterday. Holly took care of us as well as a nice gentleman whose name I didn't catch. We loved the great massage chairs, opportunity to relax and be pampered and the friendly and fun staff. The price was perfect and there was virtually no wait. We will be back! Read Less

Horrible place, I asked for a European pedi and she gave me a regular one (which costs 25) and charged me 35. It was basic quick and will definitely not be returning!! Place is a joke and they act like they're stupid when they know exactly what they're doing, cheating all of their customers w prices. Pathetic Read Less

I had a horrible experience here! Charged me way more after the service was completed! I asked for a deluxe and they charged me for a  royal Then when I  brought it to their attention the guy started screaming at me!  Ultimately I ask for a service that costs $35 and ended up paying $60 Read Less

The atmosphere is very welcoming.  The service was great.  I loved my mani pedi. The service they offer is very reasonably priced.  I've visited a few places in the area and this is definitely a place I'd return to. Read Less

I am 9 months pregnant and can't reach my toes anymore! I am super frugal due to necessity, so getting a pedicure anywhere was going to be a big splurge. I was hoping for a good pedicure for a good price. I looked at a lot of places around here and I wasn't impressed with reviews or I was scared off my the prices (I recently moved from the East Coast where mani-pedis run $30-35---here most pedis are $40 min?!)I took a chance here and was absolutely not disappointed! I got everything I was hoping for.  I got the Basic Pedicure for $25. Holly took great are of me. She was very careful and precise, and most of all, gentle with my sore feet. She gave me the best callous treatment I've received anywhere, the nails are filed perfectly, the massage was refreshing, and the polish applicationis gorgeous. They use OPI here. I had to wait a while today since I came on a busy Saturday morning and they are short staffed for some reason (she said but I didn't understand - vacation?), but every customer here appeared to receive the same attentive, careful service I received. The store looks spotless, and the decorations are lovely! I enjoyed the massage chair! This place is worth a visit! Read Less
