They yelled at me trying to get me to let some man do my nails. When it was already established that I was waiting on one of the two other females. Long story short I get to the one lady and she puts my nail on slanted when I told her she starts yelling and tells me she doesn't know how to do nails. She doesn't put nails on..... I ask her why would you have me sit here waiting on you and you don't know how to do nails I could have continued to wait for the other lady. I ask her to take the nail off of my finger she starts pulling the nail. I tell her don't hurt my nail she gets the scissors and proceeds to cut the nail AND MY FINGER TIP!!! I have the pictures to prove it. After I yelled at her (mind you she's been yelling at me) she tells me to get out (can't tell me to get out while I'm already leaving). I was there less than 24 hours ago. My no chip is chipping. It is actually off half the nail. When she was painting it I asked about the paint because it seemed almost empty and hard to put on. She said it was done. Now it's Sunday..... I don't know if they are open Monday.... And I look crazy. To top it off the first thing they are going to say is...what did you do....as of it is my fault. They were very rude. Didn't soak my nails to remove old acrylics and basically just ripped them off and had the nerve to roll their eyes when i said ouch. Also i wanted them short and they kept saying not too short and proceeded to ignore what I WANTED then rushed through the paint and did a completely different design than i had asked for and proceeded to say you dont want that u want this.... WTF (and they're gel and they are lumpy)never again..im going to get them fixed elsewhere one day later thanks for wastingm my time and money...never returning again! Read Less
