First time I came they put the wrong color dip on my nails despite me telling them multiple times that the color looked red instead of burgundy. They give a discount if you pay in cash, which is nice, but overall they are not pleasant to work with. Read Less

I dont do reviews very often only for the places i absolutely love. Love Kyle too(does my gel nails). Everyone here is all customer oriented, professional and fast. I cant express enough how much i am in love with this place. Its clean and neat, not to mention they are worth every penny. If you want maxium pampering, this place is where you put your dollars. I wish more nail salons were like this. Ive been a repeating customer since i walked through this door almost a year ago. No other nail places in ive been to can compare. The tech cut a chunk out of my finger 2 times didn't clean the tool at all and put it back in the drawer I was rushed to pick my color and when he didn't bring the color out I picked he got mad also got mad because I paid with a card and not in cash I will never go back to this place and I was charged more then what I was told it would be. This salon is very nice, especially after the expansion in the new store. Always very clean. Wide color selection, even in gel polished. Some staff members don't talk to much, which I like to just enjoy some quite time sometime so I'm okay with that. Prices are reasonable. Have yet to have a bad experience. Will continue going here. I decided to take a chance and try this place. Bad idea. It was dirty, dark, and unfriendly. I got a gel manicure, and the gel was chipping 3 days after I got them done. She put way too much polish on the tips of my nails, it's weird and not how I've seen it done before. The manicure should last two weeks, but it definitely will not. Looks like crud. Absolutely love Bella PC! Christina (the owner) has an amazing heart and wants everyone to have a great experience. She is so focused on offering a variety of services and making sure they have everything you could want. Sometimes when they get really busy, their sweet daughters help out and they are just as friendly. She and her husband are always trying to find new ways to accommodate their customers. When serving the public, everyone knows there are many people that just can't be pleased and I have seen a lot of these people come in to Bella over the last 8 years. The staff does a great job at trying to please this type of person. The owners welcome suggestions and if you want something specific done (shape of nail, length, pedi, mani) just tell them and they will make sure it gets done. I can tell you this...if you haven't had one of Christina's facials, you are missing out. Better than one in a formal spa and dermatology office. I have referred 20+ people and they all love it here. Brought my daughter in because they offer the new powder polish. It's a $40 manicure a piece, that typically lasts me 3-4 weeks and never chips or gets a rough edge. We made an appt and after an hour of making me soak and have a 14 year old girl try to get off my previous polish, they finally started. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours because they can't manage there time. A week later, my top coat started coming off and my nails started chipping. I called and made an appt a day in advance to have them fixed. After waiting a half hour, she finally started on me. She stopped after getting my polish done and said she had an appt she had to do, so she stopped mine!!! Over 2 hours later, and another person walking out, my nails are redone from them not doing well. Beyond frustrating and I'll never be back!! Read Less

I got the pink and white full set when I went. I personally like a lot of white with mine and I did not get that even though that was what I requested. Some nail salons just refuse to do thick white and this is one of those places. so just a heads up. I wasn't impressed with this place at all. Read Less

I would give this fabulous salon/spa a million stars! I've been going there for 3 years for fills and pedicures. They offer a wide variety of services including facials. I started asking Chrisne questions about her facial service. After hearing the wonderful benefits, I decided to do it and I'm glad I did! Let me tell you a little bit about me. I am 40 years old. Since I was a teenager, I have gone to tanning beds and sun bathed every chance I could. As a result, I have developed sun damage on my face. My first facial was phenomenal! As a result, my face is toned, brighter/tighter The greatest thing about this.... My wrinkles have significantly improved to the point where they are hardly noticeable. This makes me very happy. NO more chemical peels for me. I'll only go the natural way. Her products contain natural ingredients. I HIGHLY recommend the facial service. Christine truly wants to help women feel and BE beautiful! I LOVE BELLA PC SPA AND NAIL. I highly recommend all their services! Best nail salon/spa I've ever been to. Walked in on a Saturday morning picked out my color for my pedi and waited about 5 minutes before I was brought back to a chair to soak my feet. My 9 yr old daughter has gone with me a couple other times to get her toes painted. They have a couple of cute bear chairs for the little girls to soak their feet. The staff is always very nice and accommodating....never making me feel rushed. Their salon is always very clean. They have a great colorful selection of regular and gel polishes...as well a few different times of pedicure options. Today I received a hot stone foot massage and sugar scrub soak...FABULOUS. I made an appt. At 3:00. I showed up 5 minutes early. I was taken to a station where I could see "arm" oil on the arm rest pads. They had not been wiped down. I need to get my gel polish off. They had me soak for 15 minutes while taking 3 other customers for pedicures. After soaking for 15 minutes I asked how much longer to soak? They stated these other ladies had appointments. I told them I also had an appt. and I was there before them. I was ignored. After soaking  for 40 minutes I grabbed a worker passing by me and said I want my gel off now and I want to leave. I no longer want a re polish. They did not apologize nor explain my wait. I paid with my gift card and left the remaining gift card balance to a waiting customer. First time there and last time! Great place to go for a pedicure. I have bad kidneys and need to take care of my feet so I get pedicures twice a month.  This place does a nice job and the ladies at Bella take their time and make your feet feel wonderful!  Not sure about the women getting their nails done but for a guy looking for a nice pedi, this is the place to go! I used to love going to this place but now I definitely don't think I will be going back. I went just a few months ago to get acrilyic nails that were decorated for winter. I told the lady what I wanted and the outcome was just awful! They were so messed up and when I tried to explain to her what I didn't like about them she just acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and said they look great. Definitely disappointed always used to love going there. Also, after I got my fill for the nails a few weeks later the nails broke off in a day. So irritating! Read Less

I went in wanting "ombré nails" and they told me only one girl could do them. She started on them then someone came in for an appointment and she left me with another girl who had NO idea what she was doing. They told me they knew someone who could do them and made me GO TO ANOTHER SALON 10 minutes away to get them done properly. I could not believe it. Never going back again. Read Less

I will be the first person to rave about this nail salon because it's great! It is pretty easy to judge if a nail salon is decent by just walking in but that takes too much time so don't waste time searching and head straight to Bella PC- you won't regret it! I have been a few times and I have been impressed by their excellent service. They get a lot of customers and it can get pretty busy but they keep it moving so you don't have to wait too long. Oddly enough they are able to spend the appropriate amount of time with each customer without acting as though they are in a rush to start working on the next person. I've been to nail salons where they have talked on the phone the entire time they did my nails- I don't consider that good customer service. At Bella PC you won't have to worry about that. Also, I am pretty picky about nail salons that reek of acetone, if it is too strong I have to leave. At Bella I didn't even notice the acetone. The price range is pretty comparable to other nail salons. Read Less
