Had a great experience here. I'm usually very skeptical about the nail salons I go to, but let me tell you .. the man who I believe owns the store or manages it was very nice and gave wonderful customer service to not only me but everyone there. He took time, was gentle and that made me want to get my sisters nails painted, who I never ! Ever get her nails done. The prices are extremely accommodating. My fingers were not hurt and I observed the other staff and they were nice and had repeating customers, they were all wonderful! Looking at some of these other reviews makes me wonder if half are even real! They cleaned everything and took care of everything. I know this is where I'll be going from now on. Let me just tell you about my HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. First things first, I am from Florida and came to this location trusting that I would be taken care of and I was NOT. My nails were long, beautiful and healthy. My nail technician with tattoos all over his body BROKE TWO OF MY NAILS AND ACTED AS IF IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. Ontop of the fact that my phone was STOLEN, I had to call my phone carrier and POLICE. Sprint set an alarm off on my phone, and it was INSIDE THEIR COUNTER! They took my phone and out it in their counter. The man I believe to have taken it made the whole situation and joke and laughed at me as I frantically search their establishment for my business phone. It was insane. Read Less

I was fairly unimpressed all around. When I walked in the 2 employees were sitting in massage chairs watching television and looked up irritatedly at me. They were nit the most friendly. My nails were a bit longer, but she filed them down to straight across and half the length they were, instead of curved. They looked okay when finished but there were a few bubbles under the top coat of gel. Most disappointing was how long the gel lasted. Because of how close to the edges she painted it began to peel off within 2-3 days, and I did nothing that was hard on them at all. Would not return. :( Read Less

Terrible.  No personality, they mostly seem to not enjoy people or their work.  The place is pretty run-down.  I went desperate, because I had two nails in need of repair along with a fill and couldn't get into my regular salon.  They said they should start over, ok.  My nails have never looked so bad!  Amateur work, they look very fake.  And after only one week, they are lifting off my natural nails!  $50 plus tip, ridiculous. Don't ever go here it's the worst nail salon ever! My nails all peeled off with 2 hours and I went back in there the next day and they told me to get out and that they weren't doing them! And told us if we come back that they were calling the police on me. Read Less

Horrible. I called to ask if Angel nails did SNS (dipping powder) and was assured they did. When I went in, the place had a "dirty" feel to it, display cases cluttered, stained ceiling, etc, but this was the only place in town that said they could do SNS, so I stayed and hoped for the best. I told them again what I wanted, even wrote it down, and showed them my nails. Again I was assured this was fine. When I got in the chair, the guy proceeded to grind all the nails off my left hand, then he said, "What is this? Who told you we could do this?" He then said I had to go somewhere else!!! I politely asked if he could at least paint my nails to cover the damage, and was told "no". If you want your nails done, stay far away from this place! Read Less

Took my little sisters to get their nails polished. After waiting over an hour they finally got to us. A lot of people were coming in at this point and since my little sisters were only getting their nails polished they tried to hurry us up. They had my sisters stand while they painted their nails. They did a horrible job!! I had to go back and tell them to fix it. The Nail polish ended up coming off some of their nails later that night. The lady who polished their nails was also rude. When I asked her how much she just walked away and attended the next customer. Never going back. Already told my friends not go there. The place was also disgusting too. DO NOT GO HERE!! I went 2 days ago and it was my fist time there. I am extremely picky about how my nails are done. I get mine cut down and squared. My nails are all different links they left paint on my fingers the were very rude and rolled their eyes at me when I told them to fix something I had acrylic stuck underneath my nails. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to Angel Nails especially if there picky about their nails like I am. I am only giving them one star only because it wont let me give none at all!!!!! Read Less
