Went in for a pedicure mid afternoon yesterday. There were a few people getting serviced but not really busy. I was told an hour wait. I declined. On instinct i called from the parking lot and asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and was told 15 mins. I don't know why the discrepancy but after reading other reviews i now think it was because i am black. Will not be going back. Read Less

I visited this shop today after another shop cancelled my appointment last minute. I asked for a full set and pedicure. During my pedicure the man there suggested that I get a hot towel treatment for a few dollars more, he was very pleasant and I was pleased with his services. However, the lady doing my full set was extremely rough with my hands. I was in a bit of a rush so she suggested that I get a gel set for $35 dollars. I agreed on the price and let her finish her job. Afterwards this lady rung me up and and totaled my gel full set at $40. I didnt question it because I was going to leave a tip anyway. She tallys my total bill at $75. I pay and grab $8 out of my wallet which was all the cash I had on me and I handed her three singles and handed the gentleman who did my pedicure a $5 bill. I drive home and happen to check my card and there is a pending charge for $90! I call and ask them why was I charged an additional $15 dollars when I was already overcharged in the first place and I left a cash tip. The lady on the phone tells me that after three days the charge should come off, BUT WHY WAS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ANY WAY! They decided to take an additional 20% without my permission! Went here based on a recommendation from a friend. I have had one other good experience with the female employees. They are very friendly and the gal who did my gel manicure did a great job. However, I went in on a busy day for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I wasn't bothered by the long wait time, since I could tell it was busy. The water for my pedicure was far too hot to put my feet in and I had to wait 30 minutes for one of the male employees to adjust the temperature. Pedicure by one male employee was mediocre: polish didn't cover my whole nail, didn't spend any time on my peeling feet, etc. The other male employee working at the time (maybe the owner?) did my gel manicure. He took his time, but cut my cuticles too short, resulting in blood. Then he painted over the blood so I could see it hardened in the polish. He also used too much polish on one nail, resulting in a large drip/bubble. It looked really silly. This man also yelled at one of the female employees who had an appointment with another woman. This woman was waiting over an hour and ended up leaving after the female and male employees were arguing it front of everyone. Not a pleasant experience. Read Less

I've been here quite a few times out of convenience, the location is close to my home. Even after I was in pain for 2 days because the man doing my nails was so rough, I still went back. I went back today and brought my 4 year old. She loves getting her nails painted and for Christmas it was a gift from her dad my husband to go and get our nails done. My daughter picked out her color and sat down.  She ACCIDENTALLY dropped the nail polish which DID NOT BREAK, and the two people working immediately started being rude. One yelled out "$8 if you break you have to buy."  The other put his 2 cents in saying "don't let the baby hold it she will break it then you will have to pay for it". Even after I got the nailpolish out of her hands they were going on about it. I told them that I was leaving and not giving them my buisness and the woman kept going on about if it broke I would have to pay for it. Yes I understand if my child breaks something I pay for it. Its nailpolish, not a brand new tv. I would have paid for it. I understand you don't want to deal with a broken bottle of polish, but there is a much better way, a more professional way to handle it instead of yelling at a 4 year old infront of 10 other people. Stopped here on a whim and was happily surprised.  Even on a Saturday afternoon the wait wasn't long. Pedicures and gel nails do get serviced faster as only 2 employees do acrylics, but the staff was polite and efficient.  First time in, got a full set of acrylics and one of the best eyebrow waxes I've ever had. Ignore the negative nay sayers with outdated reviews and give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed! Read Less

This salon is right near my house, so I decided to try it again after just an ok first experience. The inside of the place is nice. My first time was ok. The man rubbed my feet so hard that it hurt more than felt good. This second time around solidified my decision to never go again. The lady doing my feet cut my foot and tried to pretend to hide it. No apology. In all my years of getting pedicures, I've never gotten cut. Then she pulled something near my toe that made me wince. After looking at my toes, I saw she left some nail polish on my skin. To top it off, I paid for it and the technician made it obvious to stop and look at the tip amount before going back up front. Kind of rude in my opinion. My friends technician was scowling because she had to take off her nail polish and gave her a shorter massage. They both acted as if they'd rather be elsewhere than working. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure and after two bad experiences, I'm not going back. Read Less

Terrible! The wait was supposed to be 30 minutes for a mani/pedi. They put me in the water for my pedicure after 30 minutes and then had me wait another 30 minutes before getting my pedicure. The pedicure was long and not very good. He kept massaging one area of my legs/feet. Then for my mani I told him I was in a rush due to a wedding. He did not understand the urgency and took so much time putting on my nail polish. I couldn't even get a proper mani because there wasn't enough time. The salon charged me $23 for a color change! With respect to all of the negative reviewers, my experience was good to very good! I live in California and am visiting my sister and family in this area. We walked in on a Monday and asked for "two gel manicures." We were seated immediately. The salon seems very clean and attractively decorated. I had to have my existing gel filed, wrapped and removed, and I thought TOM did a great job. He gave me the exact shape I wanted (square), and he was very attentive to detail. I have nails of paper and cuticles of cement, and he not only pushed back and trimmed my cuticles, after he filed my nails and buffed them, he caught several hangnails and pieces of very rough skin. He did three coats of my color and three coats of top coat. I have the impression he truly enjoys his customers and wants to do a good job--he gave me what I wanted and not the "one size fits all" manicure. I like that they have Perfect Match and Shellac; I am not a fan of "Gellish." If I lived here, I would return to him for all of my manicures. If I had had time, I would have had a pedicure. The chairs have the protective plastic inserts and again, everything looks very clean. Give it a chance! My sister said that they had not been open very long; maybe it's better now! P.S. I have previously worked here. The owner Kim doesn't care about the clients or the workers. She is constantly talking trash about customers. She is very unorganized. Appointments don't bother. The boyfriend that she calls husband TD doesn't have a nail tech license or a liquor license. He is a big pervert. This is the 5th or 6th salon the father had given her $ for. They open up salons in different states run them into the ground & move to the next salon. Recycled wax for pedicures and no barbicide in back to wash tools. I couldn't stand working for liars, back stabbing, trashy people. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Watch the business flop in a year or two. Read Less

Not happy.Great place for an amazing massage with your pedicure, but as far as quality, the older gentleman did an awful job shaping and painting my fingernails and toe nails. I also tried the waxing services. Paid full price for half of the area (underarm) waxed/tweezed, yes, TWEEZED. My underarms are still hairy. Language barrier made it difficult to express how dis-pleased I was. I would describe my waxing experience as horrific. The only reason I will return is for the great foot/leg massage. Read Less
