They always do a great job, are very nice, and the salon is clean.***My only negative observation is that I wish they would employ a few more people on busy days (Thursday- Saturday). This is the best nail studio in town!  They are friendly but not overly talkative. It is clean and well maintained.  I've had my nails done at many places in years past and once I found Nail Concepts I don't want to go anywhere else. I've been going there for almost 8 years!  They are thorough and I've had no issues. The only reason I don't want to refer anyone is because I might have a hard time getting in! Read Less

I ordered gel nails but I think I got acrylics put on instead but didn't know until after. And the nail polish was incredibly uneven application. I'm probably going to have to get the polish changed, it looks so bad. Stay away. Read Less

Wow is all I can say! You really shouldn't yell at customers. We had an appointment at 130 pm and got there on time. We made it for 3 people and asked if they could accommodate that and they said they could. Then sat for about 45 mins before they even acknowledged we were there, and then took another lady and was going to take 2 of us. We asked if we could wait until the 3 of us could go. Then the lady looked at us in shock and like it was an inconvenience for us to do that and yelled well why can't you help us out , we are behind. Then proceeded to tell us that if we didn't want to do it their way we could go somewhere else. These are the rudest people. I couldn't believe they would talk to customers like they did and then blamed us even though they were running 45 mins behind. This was my first time but the other 2 i was with are regular customers. I will NOT be back. When you treat anyone like they did it's a shame, but when you treat a regular customer like that that's just stupid. Read Less
