Horrible. Waited an hour and half. Nails looked horrible didn't even do my cuticles and doesn't understand what an almond shape is. My friend had her nails done as well and was told they couldn't even make a simple half moon design on the nail....they fell off 48 hours later. Read Less

I was hesitant to have my nails done here based on the previous reviews.  I am SO glad I went anyways!  I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door, the salon was very clean, and both the lady & gentleman working (I believe they were the owners) were extremely friendly, helpful and very professional!!   I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!!! I just love this place!! I have been here three times already for a pedicure and a fill and have been happy every time. The man who is the owner is the one who works on me. The three times I have been here, I've never had to wait. Good selection of different polishes. They offer a bottle of water to every customer. Great prices for services. Just waited a half hour in the pedicure bowl with no service my feet were wrinkling. The smell was horrific like cat pee. It was not clean and there were bugs on my seat before I sat down. There was yelling coming from the other room with the door closed. A very disgusting picture of a half naked woman was on the TV. WORST service I've ever gotten. Read Less

I really wanted to like Art Nails, but I just couldn't. I was there on a normal business Saturday, and the salon was painfully understaffed, with only the 2 owners. Three people getting pedicures all being taken care of by one person, and three getting manicures all being taken of by the second. After perusing the shockingly small inventory of polishes (maybe 20 bottles total), I began to look around. The floor was dirty and unswept. The manicure stations and no-chip light boxes were crusted with flecks of leftover polish from former manicures. The germ factor was cringeworthy. The owners' three children were running around playing 'Star Wars' with pretend light sabers. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appt time, I just left. The shop is named 'Art Nails,' but its name is the only thing this salon has going for it. Read Less

I cannot believe this. They cut my niece's acrylics too short. Then they made me feel awful for saying something, then they upped the charge because it is "a long nail." Been here since noon and cannot believe the treatment. But, they keep saying, "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." I will NEVER come back. I have been going to Art nails for many years and have always had a good experience. That was until today when I got a full set of gel nails. He didn't listen to what I wanted when I asked twice to push back my cuticals so now there is already a gap, he put two of the French tips on crooked and there are bubbles in my nails. Furthermore I went back in to tell him about the crooked ones and asked him to fix them and he said it was normal and couldn't fix it. I will not be giving them any more of my busines due to lack of quality control and customer service. Read Less
