Been going here for quite some time. I have never felt more comfortable in a nail salon. Cindy the owner is amazing and she makes it a goal at keeping her patients happy. Friday December 22nd, I walked into this nail salon at 11:15am and was on a time frame because I had to be at work by noon. I was greeted by Cindy who also did a full set and gel color on my nails. She was very kind and accommodating. My nails look GORGEOUS! Cindy did an AMAZING job. I plan to continue getting my nails done at Sassy nails by Cindy. Was not happy at all with service. I came in with french acrilic nails that had been on a month and grown out. I figured I needed new ones but gentleman assured me I just needed a fill in. Well, it looks horrible. You can see exactly where the old ariclic nail has grown out. And when he was buffing my nails, he turned around and used same buffer on his nail. This was my first experience at sassy nails and it will be my only experience. I went to get a mani pedi with gel on my fingers. It was a nice and clean environment and the staff was very nice but I am extremely dissatisfied with the work I had done on my nails and toes. First let me just say that it took forever for anyone to start my pedi. I sat in the chair for about 45 minutes before anyone came to me. When I got there it was pretty slow and while I was waiting 5 people came in and then a bridal party of 6 came in after. The staff then seemed very rushed and from there on the experience was awful. I could have done a way better job painting my own toenails. The clear polish is put on very sloppy and my toes started to chip paint within a few hours. When it came to my finger nails I had asked for a full set with gel. I asked him to cut my cuticles and make sure they looked right since I was leaving for vacation. Well let me just say that he didn't do any of that. When I mentioned it again he still ignored me. Came in with friends for a pedicure. Had some guy with glasses do my feet. He no more than just did a polish change. My water was cold and he didn't get hardly any dead skin off of my feet and they definitely weren't smooth! Honestly think my feet were rougher after he did them than what they were coming in! My friends had Kevin do theirs. Kevin was AMAZING!! He took his time on my friends and really massaged their feet and legs. I told the manager that my feet where still rough when my toe nails were drying and she said, "Oh, I'm sorry!" And walked away. So when it was time to pay, I told them that I wasn't paying for mine but I would pay for a polish change because that's all that he basically did. The guy with the glasses was quick to threaten to call the cops on me for not paying but Kevin quickly jumped the gun and offered to fix it and make me a happy customer. Kevin got tons of dead skin off of my feet, they feel great! He massaged my feet and legs so well that I could barely stand up. If you come to Sassy nails, request Kevin!! He is worth the wait. Number one, they do not have the same staff there as they did a year ago, so the atmosphere is different and they have people there that do NOT take their time with what their doing. My lotion was not even half way rubbed in. AND they DO NOT ASK if you want a manicure when getting gel nails, they just do it anyway and charge you an extra five dollars. Also, my girlfriend was NOT HAPPY with the design on her toes after the woman redone it twice, and they only discounted 5 dollars. NEVER AGAIN. OH and my nails are bubbly. I have never been treated this way ever. They rushed me when I was picking a nail polish then when I sit down for the guy to do my nails he tosses the cotton ball at me and tells me to take off my own polish! I walked out and will NEVER BE BACK! I am a great tipper so they lost a good paying customer! I usually tip between $15-20. Read Less

I love sassy nails a lot. I Drive 10 minutes out of my way just to go to this place. The shop vibe is really chic. They also give really good massages with pedicures and manicures. There are different kinds of pedicures so make sure that you do specifically say which one you want. They offer you wine or anything to drink and they always smiling. Read Less

Well I won't be going back here!!!!The pedicure lasted not even 20 minutes I will say the polish looked good but the guy I had was terrible I think his name was Jason.I got a gel manicure also and the French is ok but I got a design on my ring fingers for a captain America themes party and he wouldn't do anything I asked...what's worse is that if you look at it, it looks terrible! He also cut my finger with the file and didn't even apologize for it or try to stop the bleeding. Horrific place!!! DO NOT go here unless you want or enjoy being abused! Cindy and I believe it is her husband Eric are so rude and pompous in attitude. They are rough and almost abusive while doing services. Cindy told me to sit still and I couldn't have pink because she hated it and stuck a red on me! He did my nails because she had another person. The color was not even or neat around the cuticles. I refuse to pay to be ABUSED!!! They are were also hateful to their workers. Yelling at them to go faster and charge more. My Fiance just had her bridal party there. They had it scheduled from 7-9 with an estimated 15 ppl. They had 12 people show up, but the owner Eric was being an asshole! They were upset that they didn't have the 15 ppl show up so they overcharged them, turned two of the guests away as they said they didn't have time to do both manicure and pedicures, but yet they were upset they didn't have 15 ppl?? They started late and were rude the whole time. I bet they will enjoy the contact from our atty demanding the full amount the party spent back! The is a Five star nail salon. I have been coming to this salon for Four years and they are very professional, and it's always clean and sanitized. The service I received was terrible. The owner and I'm assuming his wife were less than friendly and were rude. This is by far the BEST nail salon i've ever been to! All technicians are very polite and the enviroment is beautiful! Lovely space and even better business. This is the only salon I trust. Obnoxious, rude, unprofessional, uncomfortable. I am not easy to please as a pedi is a wonderful, relaxing treat. The work is lousy. My pedicure hurt! My toenails were trimmed with a dull clipper, he didn't even file them, leaving them crooked and jagged and to top it all off, he didn't remove all of my previous nail polish. This is the third and very last time I will spend a dime in this place. It should be a treat, relaxing and at least minimum satisfaction. I could kick myself for leaving a tip. This place is a joke. My usual store closed down so I tried this one and was pleasantly surprised.  The staff was large and helpful so even though there was a large crowd there wasn't any waiting time.  I've been getting my nails done since high school (20 years) and this is the first time I got the gel.  It was only $5 more than basic acrylic and if you break one they replace it free unlike the acrylic.  I've had them on since Monday and they seem pretty perfect.  I will probably keep going to this salon.
