The gal that did my nails did a great job, was attentive and very nice. But my overall experience was not relaxing at all. The very large tv was turned up very loud to night game shows, (that I don't care for) and the workers were yelling over the tv. My tech took a phone call and even a FaceTime call from home before she finished me - still speaking loudly because the volumn was loud from that tv!!! I was just happy to get out of there by the time she finished me....with no plans to return. If you want to relax - this is not your place. Two stars for the good job she did, though. Read Less

Hands down one of the best nail experience ever. Very down to earth environment. The owners and their daughter are very sweet and fun. My sister and I were treated wonderfully. The other customers that were there couldn't say enough about the place and the people. Our nails and feet have never looked more perfect. They definitely take their time with every customer. Went for a pedi & full set of acrylics. They took me right to the pedi chair. I wasn't allowed to soak my feet at all before he started. Pedi felt great while it was being done but still rough dry patches and my last pedi was only two weeks ago. THREE different ppl worked on my nails. I don't like that. The OWNER stopped doing my nails to take a personal call on his cell AFTER he and the tech next to him had 3 conversations on their cell on speaker. Nails were initially terribly uneven and a couple were crooked. After getting that worked out they only look "okay". Hand and foot polish dryers had one bulb out each. I was there for THREE hours for services that at other places take only 2. Not the cleanest salon either.  Will not return. Read Less

To all readers/clients, Bookoo99 is making a mountain out of a molehill. Anyone that has ever been to Elegant Nails have never had any complaints, whatsoever. I think there may be some kind of competition going on between the nail salons in the area. I know times are tough, but this is really childish behavior. Nancy and Henry have been nothing but exceptional. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. I think you should go back and give them another chance, Bookoo99. They do not deserve a single star, I just could not do a review without it. I would only have negative comments about this business. I had a coupon from Kroger for SHELLAC nails and the owner gave me this story about them not printing these coupons, but the previous owner did, but that the current company would still honor the coupon. Koo rite? No. The coupon was for $23 for the services and I was charged $25 because of french manicure. The female owner also told me they would give me the same deal every time I'd come back and I also wanted shellac on my toe nails. When she finished my fingernails, the male worked on my toe nails and I reminded him of the shellac and he said, "Oh we don't do that on toe nails, and I said oh I did not hear you say that when you ask me what I would like for today. " Once my services were finished, I paid $48 + tip, I picked up a flyer which also list the salon's prices. The shellac nail service was listed as $25 dollars, which is what I was charged, but that was scribbled out or marked thru and replaced with $20 dollars, which ok if that had been explained to me instead telling me that they would honor my coupon. No biggie right? Wrong my nails have been peeling every since I had the services. I have previously had shellac before and my nails lasted 3 weeks, no chips, no cracks and very shiny for 3 weeks.
