I would really appreciate for Andy to help me out. I had a full set put on February 23rd around 2:00 pm. The girl was very nice. However, it’s probably the worst set of nails I’ve EVER had put on. They are so crooked & extremely thick! I honestly hated to complain because the girl was so nice & also I had zero time to discuss because I had to get my son from school. I am very confused by this place. The first time I went there I was really impressed with the friendliness and how great my nails and feet looked although I paid for a manicure and the lady didn't do ANY of the normal things that are usually done when you get a manicure - she just painted my nails. I didn't want gel polish just regular polish. So I paid and went on my way. A few weeks later I went back and decided to get get a mani and pedi again but this time with gel polish on my fingernails. The cost was the exact same with the gel mani as it was when the girl just painted my fingernails and didn't even bother giving me an actual manicure the first time. Also, this time they did not bother putting a top coat on my toes following my pedicure and the polish is already chipping off not even 2 weeks later. My gel manicure barely even lasted a week and this time they weren't nearly as friendly as they were last time. They just seem a little inconsistent and I'm still confused as to why my gel manicure cost the same as the first time when all she did was paint my nails the first time? I was expecting to pay more when I got my gel manicure. Now I kind of feel like I was cheated the first time. They ALWAYS make my nails bleed. The guy (younger) who works in there is very unsettling. He eats while doing nails and asks very personal questions such as age, if you have a boyfriend, etc. The same guy tore off half of my nail because he was too lazy to soak my acrylics in acetone before removing them. Also, they all talk on the phone while doing nails which is very unprofessional. Read Less

I have to say I never use to get my nails done I had a couple times here and there and never liked it or they chipped or didn't look right however a couple years back I had a friend take me to andi and have me get mine done and iv been going routinely now I would never go anywhere else and all the staff is great and always works around my sch gets me in anytime I need.
