I will not go back here. I went 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure for a wedding a week later it was already peeling off. 2 weeks later 3 nails have completely peeled off. This should not be happening if a gel manicure is done properly. I have had gel manicures that lasted for over a month and just grew out but never peeling the way that these have. Asked for gel polish on my toes and nails along with a pedicure and manicure. It took an hour to get the basic pedicure done and then he placed regular polish on the toes. Stopped and reminded him that I asked for gel polish and was told by all the staff that this place does not do gel polish on toes. They said they just ignored my request because they do not do it. Staff here were rude, belittling and arrogant. They forgot I had asked and placed on the sheet about the manicure. Then when I reminded them they sighed and rolled their eyes. Do NOT go here!! My daughter's nails looked NOTHING like the picture she showed them, and the price raised $5.00 after they already started on hers!!! Mine were very Sloppily done, looked AWFUL!! And I was charged $10 more then their list price!!! All I got was acrylic nails with them painted and I was charged $35 instead of $25 like it says on their price list on the wall!! I have been to many nail salons across the US and this has been there worst experience I have ever had. I went in for gel nails, because they didn't offer nexgen nails. First of all, they only accept cash and check, which I think is ridiculous. Perfect for evading taxes and super inconvenient for customers.  I wanted to get my nails done with my sisters, but was seated across the salon from them, couldn't even sit with them and enjoy our time together. It took forever for them to start on my nails. When someone finally came over, they had me pick colors. I picked gold and mint green for my ring fingers. The job was not only sloppy, but the colors were translucent and not like the samples I looked at. When I asked her to put another coat on, she said no! Terrible customer service! I attached photos for review as well! Price is expensive for the service you receive. I've honestly gotten better at Walmart! I would say the whole nail painting time took 3 minutes max, that's how sloppy and fast it was. Will not recommend this place or go here again! Read Less

I will never ever go here again. The nail technician cut my cuticles so much that I bled. When I complain to them about it, they said it was because of the polish that I had on my nails.  I told them I never had this problem before but they insisted it was not their fault.
