Awful. They said it would take an hour, and it ended up taking over 2. I was late for an appointment I had. She did not listen to what I wanted at all. I wanted ombre, and at first they were just a dark purple (I wanted white ombre). She did redo it, but it just is a solid white. I had to keep asking her to make them shorter and she wouldn't. I am going to a different place to fix them. I got a pedicure, and when I showed the guy what I wanted he said "no". And did what he wanted. I will never go back. Read Less

I had an appointment for a full set and a pedicure scheduled for 2 hours. The nail tech i had took 30 min to put on an entire full set on, she didn’t file my nails down or the acrylics. She rushed through entire appointment. She didn’t even listen to what i wanted. Then i had a different person for my pedicure, which was also completely rushed. It was an absolutely miserable time. I love this place it's super lovely and the people are super nice. 1st lets talk about my amazing foot massage while getting just the basic pedicure. Not only did the nail stylist take her time, but she went over and beyond to work out my tense foot muscle (due to me standing on my feet for over 10hr work days). 2nd the stylist that did my full set not only took time to find the color I want, but she went over and beyond to make sure the colors went well. I finally found my nail place in Indiana! Eunyi did my pedicure and gel mani. She was very professional, meticulous, kind, and made good conversation. My pedi and gel manicure lasted 3 weeks. She offered me an assortment of beverages when I sat down, I opted for water (simple), and she brought over magazines for me too look at while I relaxed in their comfy spa chair. They have a HUGE variety of nail colors to choose from including gel. I've never seen a nail salon carry so many gel polishes! The decor is very chic and atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. This place is a little more pricey but for the service, ambiance, and how long my mani/pedi lasted, I'm willing to pay a little extra. I started going here after getting a recommendation from a friend. I love it at Vogue. All of the staff are extremely professional and helpful. The place itself is gorgeous and well decorated. It is a little on the pricey side, but my nails looks better than ever. A gel manicure from here can last about 3 weeks, which is better than most places. You can book online, which is a HUGE plus. I had a facial done by Lina, she did a 10/10 job making sure to explain each product, check my comfort level, and discuss my skin with me to find the best solution for me. Great experience. I had Sue for my acrylics/gel and Lisa for my gel pedi. Both took their time with me and really provided a spa experience. My nails look like they're my own, and polished perfectly. My toes also look amazing. It's by far the most gorgeous salon I've ever been to. I also love that they are active on social media so you can see their work and even know about contests/promotions. After bouncing around from one bad salon to another, I finally found a home!.  Judelynn did a fantastic job on my nails!  She takes her times, speaks great English and better she understands what I am asking for.  My nails look fabulous!   ONE NOTE TO OWNER....CAN YOU PLEASE START ALLOWING TIPS ON CREDIT CARDS?  Who carries cash these days and I feel CHEAP getting above par service then leaving without tipping.  This policy needs to be changed. A standard nail salon, CeeCee took service to the next level. After my pedicure I smudged a toe in the way to the manicure table. She fixes it without hesitation. The gel manicure included numerous and generous coats. It's a bit pricier than I'm used to but I feel like I got my monies worth. This is the best pedicure I've had in years. I opted for the traditional pedi, and was very impressed. The technician was very meticulous with my service, taking time to scrub and buff my feet to perfection. After that, she rubbed warm lotion on my legs and massaged both my legs and feet, then wrapped my legs with warm towels. If this was the service just for a basic pedi, I can't wait to try something more. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and walked right in. Every time I go here, I'm entering a quiet serene sanctuary! I love this so much, that I rationalize the 30 min drive for a service! I love having a receptionist that warmly welcomes you and offers you a beverage (they serve complimentary wine!) It's best to make a reservation to ensure a spot and they run promptly on time, so there's little time spent waiting around. I've been impressed every time I've gone and my gel manis last 3 weeks! Went here to get my nails done on my lunch break per the recommendation of a coworker.  I was not disappointed.  Kim sat me down right away (I did make an appointment on their website, which is super easy to do) and gave me a total nail makeover, making sure my cuticles were cut back and healthy (I'm a biter).  She did my polish quickly and made sure it was dry before I walked out the door.  It took a little longer than I had expected, close to an hour, but with all the work she did on my cuticles I'm not complaining.  Also, it was $20 and you are able to tip on your credit card (unlike some other nail salons I've been to that only accept cash).  I'll absolutely be back again! Lovely salon, great customer service. They offer tea and coffee, and give a great hand massage. They seem to use really good products - a lot of Essie and OP colors and every color that they have also comes in gel polish. I was so pleased with my experience and my nails look great! Best nail salon in Indy, period. I started going to Sue about 4 years ago when we was still working at a different salon. I then followed her to another salon, and now she and Lina have opened Vogue and I see them there. Appointments aren't required, but pretty much necessary. If you're not particular about who you see, it might be fine. But I am adamant about only having Sue or Lina so I always make an appointment a week or so in advance.The salon is brand new, clean, and super nice. The first time I got a manicure at Vogue Nail Spa, the tech, who was working very quickly and being a little rough with my cuticles, gave me a nasty cut at the cuticle line on one of my fingers. She was friendly enough, but she made it clear that she felt it was my fault, not hers, and said several times that I should tell nail techs that I have very sensitive skin/cuticles. It was frustrating because I was getting the manicure for a special event and they didn't look that great when she was done on account of the dried blood and krazy glue she kept pouring on it to "fix" it. The manager had seen this playing out and when I left she apologized and offered me a 15% off coupon for my next visit. When I went back recently for a pedicure, it was a much better experience. There was a 20 minute wait, which they said was due to it being prom weekend. Otherwise, my visit was uneventful, and the tech did a good job with callous removal (no extra charge, which is great). Very peaceful in there. The lady next to me was given a glass of white wine. I asked her if that was part of the package she got, and she said she was a VIP. I'd still like to find a cheaper place that does a good job, but I'll likely give Vogue another spin soon. Read Less
