I've been 4 times. The woman that did my nails the first three times did a nice job. She just seemed to have a certain way she wanted to shape them which is the current square style and I wanted oval. The last time I went she was not there. I had a different woman who handled my hands roughly, pushed and shoved them around and just seemed to be angry the entire time. There are a lot of nail salons out there. I'll be moving on. I went in reading reviews thinking this place would be good. The reviews didn't disappoint. The only problem is the girl who did my nails, Chi, is a manager. She doesn't normally do nails anymore. She was helping out because they were very busy. She said when you're that good you get to become a manager. That's wonderful! My concern is the next time I come in, will I receive the same quality I did at this visit? Other than that, it was a clean and friendly salon. I wasn't asked if my daughter or I would like anything to drink. That's ok. The point is, my nails are gorgeous and done exactly how I wanted them. They have this chrome powder that is amazing! This was my first visit. I was so nervous because I had been going to the same salon for 15 years but only had 2 employees so the wait was bad. As soon as I walked in the door at Noire it felt like a spa. So beautiful, clean and the staff were very inviting. Usually at a salon they tell you to go pick a color, here they let you sit down with a basket of tips with all their nail colors. You really feel pampered as soon as you walk in the front door. Great salon, quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this salon. Read Less
