I have been loyal to Eric (the owner) for about 10 years and have followed him wherever he goes. He does the best job hands down and is very quick! Don't be late or he will make you reschedule! He prefers you make an appointment which that is what I love about the place so he runs back to back appointments.He does the BEST pink and whites and make sure u get the UV coat so if u are hard on your hands it lasts rigorous work. I waited a few days to leave this review because I wanted to see how my gel manicure fared in the sun and sand. The verdict is in, they still look great. The best salon out there! Eric and Donny don't mess around when ti comes to giving you the perfect look. When I get acrylics, they never lifted and looked SO good. They are very strong, too. My pedicures always last forever, and I put Donny to work because my feet are AWFUL. People don't seem to understand that this is a business, and you make an appointment for a reason. They have a very loyal clientele and they get really booked. So just CALL if you are going to be late! Give them a heads up. You being late your appointment DOES effect their day. Eric is fun and sassy, and if you're a sensitive soul and can't take a joke, go somewhere else. I've been going to this salon for a decade now and I can not complain at all. I actually never went to the nail salon because the guy who answers the phone and schedules the appointments is extremely rude. Even after reading other reviews about the bad service, I decided to give them a chance. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure for this afternoon...the guy was definitely not pleasant but I overlooked it. Well, this morning my daughter woke up with a stomach virus, so I called to reschedule my appointment. I explained why I needed to reschedule (I couldn't send my daughter to daycare and I didn't figure they wanted me to bring her to the salon with a stomach virus). The guy became very rude to me and almost yelled while telling me that cancelling appointments is unacceptable and messes up their schedule. I apologized and explained that I wouldn't be trying to reschedule if I had any other choice. He was still rude and told me I should have made sure the appointment fit into my schedule before I made it. I told him that I would tell my infant child to check my calendar before getting sick next time...and then I told him to just cancel the appointment because I didn't want to reschedule after all. Super pleased, they are thorough and professional. Their shop is clean and inviting. Got a manicure and pedicure for $33 after using a $5 coupon. Worth every cent. Maybe YOU were late to your appointment and didn't bother to call. Or maybe you thought you rescheduled but you forgot to call? I'm just saying, there are always two sides to every story. Eric is a professional and should be treated as such by giving value to his time and schedule too. I have been a satisfied client for over 5 years and Eric ALWAYS does a stellar job on my pink & white nails & my pedicures. We do however come on the right day and on time. My nails always look great and their pedicures are fabulous. My 86 year old mother loves their personal care.. She is treated gratiously by them. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the owner, Eric, for the following day. When I promptly arrived, he rudely argued in front of customers that I had never called to schedule. There was no attempt to rectify or compromise the situation in any way. On my way out the door, he shouted, "Don't ever come back!" From prior experiences, I observed Eric, the owner, frequently talking negatively about his clients after they would leave the shop. His behavior is completely unprofessional and rude.
