I am so picky when it comes to who does my nails. After looking at reviews for 2 hours, going back and forth, I decided to pick EV Nails, and I was not disappointed. I got a pedicure and a full set and everything was perfect. Both technicians were so nice, and my nail technician had so many great suggestions that worked out perfectly for me. I'm not from the area, but stopped in here for a badly needed mani pedi. The staff was very nice and actually talked to me during the service. She got me all fixed up and my nails look great! Quiet, clean & quick!I popped in at 2:30PM on a Wednesday and was in a massage chair within 2 minutes. I was outta there with freshly polished toes in another 30 minutes. I had a great experience here today. I called a little bit ahead to schedule a time for me and my sisters, and when we arrived we picked our colors and away we went. The chairs are comfy, if just a touch challenging to make do what you want them to do. The only problem I had and the main reason I gave them 4 instead of five is because the water was cold for all three of our pedicures. Everything else was awesome. Great salon with great service, I've been going here for almost five years! Vi accommodated my bridal party and always asks about my mom. They really do care about their customers and are all about quality. This place has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced.  It is easily accessible to my house so ITried there. The first time I tried there I went in around 630 and they told me immediately they would not be able to do me because they close at 7. That was annoying but fine I came in late. So the second time I made sure to get there at 6 so I could get in and after having me wait 30 mins they decided they didn't have time to get me done and sent me away. I have never had worse customer service at a nail salon. To me, if you get there before they close in plenty of time for them to complete the job then they should respect the time limitations.  It's plain lazy and I will never be going back to this place.
