I've been going to Crystal Nails Salon for approximately two years now and I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. I have had Tommy and Hanna service me and loved the service provided. The salon is very elegant, clean and professional. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. As they have increased their clientele they no longer take walk-ins as they advertise. For over 1 year now I have made 6 attempts to get my nails done at the salon as a walk-in. I live 20 mins away and have a crazy schedule so I can make appointments. Each time i go the wait is 3 hours or longer because they are booked with appointments. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! This morning I walked in at 10 a.m. right when they opened the door with not one client in the salon and they told me they had a 45 minute wait. You have got to be kidding me! I made a special trip on purpose to get there at opening so I would have not wait and still they would not take me because they were already booked with appointments. AND they were laughing about it! How is that funny?! So rude! If you only take appointments then that's what you need to advertise. They said "oh no, we take walk-ins." But they DO NOT! It's a LIE! Plan to make an appointment if you are going to this salon. I'm seriously disappointed with these owners. Very sad they've lost such a long-term customer whom has recommended their salon to so many people over the years. Best nail salon on the North side! I love being able to request an appointment and they have a great selection of gel polish colors! You can't go wrong with Tommy, Hannah or Holly. They are all great! I drive out of my way just to go to this salon! Read Less

Tommy is the best nail technician in Fishers. This place is clean, neat, and decent prices. I always do the manicure with gel and my mom loves the pedicure when they do massage with stones on her half legs.just make sure to make an appointment before comes. Read Less

Nice enough. The pedicures are good but I feel like my cuticles were ravaged after my latest mani. I've had hang nails for the last two weeks and the ends of the white polish on my French tips started looking burned a few hours after they were done. Service and quality were so much better when they first opened. I've been going to Crystal Nails for 6 years . I drive 35 minutes to get the absolute best service from Tommy & Hannah . Their work doesn't compare to any other salon . I love it there . The salon is very welcoming . They go above & beyond to keep things clean & sanitized . The spa pedicure is excellent , especially since a hot stone massage is included . The prices are just right for the service you receive . I wouldn't recommend any other salon . Read Less
