I'm a regular here and I've never had a bad experience! They always remember me regardless of the nail tech that I get! I would definitely recommend an appointment although walk ins are welcome because they get pretty busy and you really want to enjoy the pampering that they offer.  They have a great selection of polish and the chairs for pedicures are very comfortable. Found salon on Yelp. In Indianapolis for a convention. We got in quickly for pedicures.  Salon worker used the "grater" on heels and I ended up bleeding. No apologies It has been over a week since pedicure and my heels are still in pain. An apology would have gone a long way. Read Less

After my previous nail salon got way too hectic and unorganized, I started my search for a new salon and thanks to yelp I came across COCO Nails. I've only been here twice now but I have a feeling that this is going to be my new go to. The salon itself is beautiful. They have these sheer white curtains hung up that separate the pedicure chairs from the manicure station and white lights draped along the front windows giving it a nice modern feel. The atmosphere is very relaxing which is what I always look for in a nail salon. It's clean and the staff are all friendly.Both times that I have visited, I've had Jenny as my tech and she is so sweet. She's very gentle when pushing/cutting the cuticles and is very attentive when it comes to painting on the polish. One thing I really like about COCO nails is for gel removal, they use a steam gel remover that you put your fingers in and the steam will slowly get the gel to come lose so removal is easier. It also means no more acetone drying out your nails, woohoo! Overall, I was extremely happy with the end results and the overall experience. The ladies were nice and polite. Got there at 645pm and they took me at 650. I was getting acrylics and having them cut down very short. The lady took her time and was very thorough with every step. They close at 730 but they still took me and she was done around 740 and let me stay a little bit more to dry my nails. Customer service was good and prices are decent. The shop is very clean and nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the nail polish could've been applied just a bit nicer. On several fingers the polish is on my cuticle, but over all very nice job. Read Less

I stopped into COCO nails today because I'm in a rush and don't have time to make it to my normal nail place before the wedding I'm in this weekend. Found out that it's right down the road from my work, had wonderful yelp reviews, and decided to give it a try. I fell in love! Looking for just a pedicure, I was greeted with a smile immediately but I did have to wait a little bit. I did get in at a busy time, though, but I was happy to see the salon very well staffed and all were so helpful and friendly. I was also pleased to see that the salon itself was very clean and there was a large selection of awesome nail polishes - a variety of both gel and regular.I had a gentleman take care of me, I did not grab his name. He was the most gentle, thorough, and efficient nail technician I have ever had. Friendly throughout service as well.  I got a regular pedicure with a silver polish and it looks and feels divine. I am so so so happy! The only thing that caught me off guard was at the end, he was blowing on my toes on one foot to dry the polish a little faster. I haven't had that happen to me before so I'm not sure if the polish was just drying slower on one foot than the other or what happened, but I tried not to let it bother me too much. Other than that, prices were reasonable and there were lots of different options for service. For example, there were different levels of pedicures I could have chosen - each level offering more for a higher price. I hadn't seen that at a salon before so I was excited for that. Love this salon. Good and friendly service. Convenient location.I was warmly greeted immediately! This place is well organized and clean. They expect you to talk to them during your pedi:m/ mani and I enjoyed it. My pet peeve with these type of nail salons...they don't get the gunk out of your toe nails. My gal did a pristine job. This is my first time trying Coco Nails and I had a really good experience! The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. There was no clutter and soft music playing in the background. The ambience was nice. My nail tech was Kenny and he was great! He was very attentive and we had nice conversation. He asked how I like the thickness of my nails which I thought was great because I am picky on the width and thickness of my nails. I went with a gel color and was very satisfied. This place was awful! Went in here with the intention of getting two manicures, one for my 4 year old daughter who was extremely excited and was graduating from pre-kindergarten that evening, and one for myself. The older lady with short hair and glasses was kind of mean and extremely rude. Not only did she blatantly roll her eyes in front of me when I asked her if my daughter could go first ( seriously?) But then she proceeded to grab my four-year-old by the arm and basically pull her to the table! I'm not sure what type of children she's used to dealing with but my daughter is perfectly capable of following somebody to a table. Then she pretty much just rushed to the service by slapping some polish on. We were there a total of 5 minutes. She then felt like it was appropriate to pick up my child and carry her to another chair like she was a sack of potatoes. When she attempted two throw her in a chair I basically had to pry her arms off of her and tell her to "let go"! I decided to not get my nails done because of her attitude. Also she use cuticle clippers to cut my daughter's nails. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I happen to know that's not the way you do things. I understand that her nails are small but they should have a smaller pair of nail clippers on hand! I mean come on, there's no reason that a nail salon should not have the proper equipment. Really REALLY excited right now because I no longer have to drive an hour out of my way to get my nails done! This gem is located right next to my job WIN! The staff here are so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. I decided to go all in and not only get my nails done but get a pedicure while I was at it (I mean, why not?). An older woman (didn't catch her name,sorry) did a wonderful job. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me out and she was detailed in all that she did. I then had my nails fixed up by Kenny. Very nice man and great at having conversations. He constantly asked if I was okay, if I was happy with the length, shape, etc. so, not only was the service great but their prices are good. Oh, and I am very happy with the results as well! :)P.s- I was also given a stamp card before I left for 20% off my 6th and 11th visit. Love it. Read Less

I've never been asked if I wanted the acrylic thick or thin and mu guy did, I appreciated that. Also made sure I was good with the shape, usually I'm rushed through and not asked. Hands down the best nail experiences I've had to date. This place opened up over the summer and I decided to go in for a pre-trip pedicure. Comfortable and relaxing and a fantastic pedicure that lasted me quite some time. I finally got back to them to try out a gel manicure and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else! Kim was my nail tech and she was amazing. My nails are on the shorter side so when I can get them to grow out I hate getting them completely filed off. She actually listened and left the long ones longer and did a great job of just shaping them up. Next her attention to detail from start to finish is unheard of. No cleaning up edges afterwards, just perfectly polished nails. The shop is very clean and has a nice relaxing feel. Massage chairs are great and I enjoyed the tunes they had playing in the background. Gel removal is a snap because they use a steam gel remover that you put your hands into. So no wrapping with foil or acetone dripping down your arm! Good quality polishes and selection. Highly recommend if you're on that side of town. I'll be back! Read Less

Coco nails is my new favorite place. They opened recently, and I've been there twice for two pedicures. I tried the deluxe pedicure and the regular pedicure. The regular pedicure was great. The deluxe pedicure adds a scrub and a foot mask. They have several different kinds to choose from. I tried mandarin orange. The salon is clean and reasonably priced.My technician has been very friendly. Remember that they only accept cash tips. Bring cash! Read Less

After suffering a girls worst nightmare of a broken nail, I tried to go back to the salon that did the initial mani for a patch up to find out that they were closed. I stumbled upon COCO nails on my search for the nearest nail salon. All I have to say is WOW! This is a true nail spa, they have all sorts of scrubs, and every color you can imagine. I opted for the color changing gel nails. The staff is extremely and very helpful! They made my nails look beautiful and were so friendly.
