Got a pedicure and full set for $60. Nails were a little crooked I figured no big deal. 3 days later nails seemed loose. 3 days following a nail pops off (while folding a cover) .. Next day another 2 ...
Got a pedicure and full set for $60. Nails were a little crooked I figured no big deal. 3 days later nails seemed loose. 3 days following a nail pops off (while folding a cover) .. Next day another 2 nails. I figured I'd go in & get them fixed well it was a Sunday they were closed so I went to a different salon and the tech said she'd charge me for a full set being 3 nails were off and the other 7 were poorly done. Therefore she suggested I go get my $ back. Long story short owner insisted that I caused this by normal wear and tear and that I was due for a "fill in" although he was charging me a "discount" price of $35. After I already have originally paid $35 for the set. What discount? They aren't fair people and did a poor job and didn't own it. Never will go back or recommend.

In town, for awhile. and looking to get nails done... Lynn did a great job, this place was referred to me! I had Gel nails. The pink color was on point, and loved it.

Have been tho Castleton Nails many times over the past 10 years for manicures and pedicures.... regular and gels. They have always done a great job... very friendly people too.

Nice little place tucked away by the mall. Went on a weekday and no one was there! Reasonable pedicure price at $27 and they use the cheese grater to get off the dead skin. Good stuff!

Stopped in for a quick polish change a little after noon on a weekday and they were dead empty. On the bright side, I was in and out very quickly. On the downside, a polish change cost $10 and I still left with smudges of polish around my nails and air bubbles on my thumb. They were good enough for a quick stop in visit, but I won't go out of my way to come here again.

Favorite nail salon in the state! Deluxe pedicure is so worth it. They really take their time and do a great job. They're very personable and carry good conversation. Most of the people are regulars with walk ins in between so I would suggest making an appointment but it's not necessary.

I decided to take my friend Lindy here for her first pedicure ever. She's 28 and heard horrible stories of nail salons so it took some convincing to get her to go. They cut both of out toes during the process and she was not happy with how rough they were with her. 4 to 6 weeks later the first signs of fungus arose for both of us. I feel absolutely horrible because she's getting married soon and now she has to change her shoes because half her nail has fallen off. I went in to discuss a refund with them and what else they can do because treatment is pricey.... And she treated me like a liar and like I didn't actually have fungus. I am absolutely mind blown. She yelled at me for getting nail fungus from her store!!!! I'm getting ahold of the health department!

Literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The tech ripped my nail off and acted as though it was perfectly for me to be bleeding in multiple places. I told her ahead of time that we would need to soak my nails in acetone to get them off, but she felt it was best not to listen. Afterwards she blamed me, saying that my nails were too thin. They also charge you extra for things that should be included in a pedicure. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN!

I LOVE Castleton Nails! This is a family owned and operated nail salon that provides superior service to their clients. I live in Chicago so I don't get there too often but when I do I get the warmest welcome when I walk in the door...they know me by name. If you become a regular they even make you a box [with your name on it] with your own person tools! I'm box number 44 ;). Now, some may be wondering why I only gave them four stars...Well, the owners mother works in the salon and she is the WORST! I love her but she can't work on my feet and hands. Cindy, one of the owners, is my technician of choice...shes the BEST!!

Got a pedicure and full set for $60. Nails were a little crooked I figured no big deal. 3 days later nails seemed loose. 3 days following a nail pops off (while folding a cover) .. Next day another 2 nails. I figured I'd go in & get them fixed well it was a Sunday they were closed so I went to a different salon and the tech said she'd charge me for a full set being 3 nails were off and the other 7 were poorly done. Stopped in for a quick polish change a little after noon on a weekday and they were dead empty. On the bright side, I was in and out very quickly. On the downside, a polish change cost $10 and I still left with smudges of polish around my nails and air bubbles on my thumb. I decided to take my friend Lindy here for her first pedicure ever. She's 28 and heard horrible stories of nail salons so it took some convincing to get her to go.
