Absolutely love going there!! Never had to wait very long. All I had to do was show a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that if not better!! I’m in love with them!! Also was asked throughout the time if that was what I wanted or if I needed him to make changes so i would be satisfied, he stayed open way passed closing time to finish my nails my sister and both of her daughters because they are not open on Sunday and needed them done for that day!! I walked into Star Nails because it was close to my house.Star Nails put you in a tranquil setting away from the busy street outside. The entire staff were very friendly.Dark colors was difficult to paint on my nails, but they did an EXCELLENT job.Both the women who gave me a mani and pedi paid meticulous details to my nails.Star Nails is quiet and it doesn't smell like toxic fumes, like some nail places. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Star Nails in Hobart. The staff was VERY kind, and tended to our needs making his experience a pleasant one. I just came to this salon in this town, for the first time, 30 minutes before they close. They didn't mind and gave me a gel manicure and took their time shaping my nails the way I wanted and took extra time doing cuticle care, nice conversation, very polite and GREAT manicure. After my favorite manicurist moved to a different city, I desperately tried/retried other nail salons in the neighborhood. I am finally happy! The salon is clean, their staff working there are all very pleasant and so far, they've done a great job. The selection of gel colors and regular colors is fantastic. Received a gift certificate from friends but WAS NOT able to use it. I was told that is was no good since it was from the old owner. On my certificate it was the same name, (Star Nails), address, phone number and business card. How do I know this is true? Keep your money and don't buy from this day spa. Read Less
