I use to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Tonight I noticed the pedicure techs NOT washing the utensils between clients and certainly did NOT sterilize them! They re-use the pumce sponges on every client. NASTY.
The tech didn't Smooth my nails, they are rough & there's still old nail polish in the corners! Disappointed... Will NOT be back...

I usually go here every 2 weeks for a pedicure for the past few years and have been satisfied. I've had other bad experiences but not this bad. Some new girl had started my pedicure and asked if I wanted my nails clipped so I said yes. She literally clipped my first nail and also clipped the skin under the nail because she went too deep trying to clip😠. I was bleeding and had to hold a cotton ball on my toe for it to stop bleeding. She thought she was going to continue on with my pedicure...hell no!!! Then the lady running it tried to come over and spray alcohol on it claiming it disinfects...you will not spray alcohol on a open wound. She tried to make it seem like my skin under my toenail was the issue as if my feet are made any different from others 🤦🏽. I told them I no longer wanted that girl to do my pedicure so they sent someone else over. The toenail had been cut down so deep that she couldn't even touch it, shape it or anything. Needless to say as I'm walking around today my toe still hurts. If they can't get employees who pay attention and know what they are doing then they need to hire some. Hopefully it's not infected and I don't have to go to the doctor. They still had me pay for the pedicure...I should've walked out because the service was unacceptable

Lucy took her time and transformed my rough feet!! For the cheap price, she went above and beyond!! Ivy made us special Chinese tea and just made my Mom and I feel so pampered. Best service I've had ever in a nail salon!! I was referred her by a friend and I will definitely be a regular!!

My wife loves to get her nails done here. She talked me into getting a pedicure and foot massage and I loved it. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job of making you feel at ease. The foot massage lasts a good while and it works wonders if you work a job where you're constantly on your feet. I also like this place because, if you're a guy, it's not in an area where you have to worry about other guys walking by and possibly making fun of you for getting a pedicure. You can do so with your wife without the worry of embarrassment. While there, have fun reading on your phone and try to enjoy a foot massage for a little bit extra.

I won' t go anywhere else. Ivy and her staff are immaculate! Service is A1(No.1) from the moment you walk through the door and they genuinely care about the work they're doing. I've never had a bad experience and I come here almost weekly. Give them a try! You'll never regret it!

I was there last night and according to the salon hours on the door they close at 8. But at 7:30 when she was done with my nails I was sitting at the nail dryer and the employees put on their coats and turned off the lights before I had a chance to dry them, then turn off the TV. So I had to get up and leave without them saying they were closing early. I thought you had to take care of the customer first before turning off everything forcing them to leave with wet nails. Not to mention the lady was very aggressive with grabbing and pulling on my hands. I will never go back. Their customer service is horrible. What a nightmare!

1st visit here...Pro: great quality of nail polishes, application techniques good, very inexpensive Con: nonrelaxing atmosphere, most painful manicure I've ever had (tech was super rough - I almost walked out!), things seem dirty like not up to code. I won't be back but I loved my actual aftermath of my nails (I got gel nails-they did 4/5 layers). My skin around my fingers feels like they were cut into a million little pieces. So so rough with the instruments. I get manicures regularly so I know my cuticles weren't THAT bad. Felt like I had to share

Won't go back if someone paid me. Dirty utensils and towels. Timing is horrible waited in the pedicure bowl till the water was cold. Would have gotten up and left if I wasn't there with a friend. The pedicure I got was simply a foot wash with a polish application. Worst experience I've ever been through

I was able to go there on a lunch break and get my pedicure done in a quick and efficient time frame. The staff was friendly and my toes look great. The price is fantastic!The interior needs updating and honestly I did not feel very relaxed. But, I'm happy with the quick service and great looking toes!

The prices here are great. This is the only place in the area I've seen them this cheap. I can get a full set for only $20, which I can't complain. They seem to be busy during the evening so there's usually a wait. Although cheap, the service isn't always consistent, some nail techs are much better than others so you may not always be completely satisfied depending on who you get. More often than not though my nails turn out great.

Some new girl had started my pedicure and asked if I wanted my nails clipped so I said yes. My wife loves to get her nails done here. She talked me into getting a pedicure and foot massage and I loved it. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job of making you feel at ease. I was there last night and according to the salon hours on the door they close at 8. But at 7:30 when she was done with my nails I was sitting at the nail dryer and the employees put on their coats and turned off the lights before I had a chance to dry them, then turn off the TV. So I had to get up and leave without them saying they were closing early. I thought you had to take care of the customer first before turning off everything forcing them to leave with wet nails. Not to mention the lady was very aggressive with grabbing and pulling on my hands. I will never go back. Their customer service is horrible. What a nightmare!

The pedicure I got was simply a foot wash with a polish application. Worst experience I've ever been through

I was able to go there on a lunch break and get my pedicure done in a quick and efficient time frame. The staff was friendly and my toes look great. The price is fantastic!The interior needs updating and honestly I did not feel very relaxed. But, I'm happy with the quick service and great looking toes!

The prices here are great. This is the only place in the area I've seen them this cheap. I can get a full set for only $20, which I can't complain. They seem to be busy during the evening so there's usually a wait. Although cheap, the service isn't always consistent, some nail techs are much better than others so you may not always be completely satisfied depending on who you get. More often than not though my nails turn out great.
