If I could give this place a 0 Star I would. The worse place EVER! This is why I patronize AMERICAN nail salons because a lot of these Asian nail shops believe they can speak to you in any way. I dropped my 13 year old daughter off to get a full set because of her bday, and reluctantly brought her here. She was waiting for 3 hours and when I finally came to pick her up, they had not even started her nails. As he begins, he gets to cutting and I advised that it needs to be very short. And simply put, get as close to the skin then use the scissors to cut. Really simple explanation. He begins to speak directly to my daughter asking her what length SHE wanted as if I was not sitting there. She said she wanted them really short. He cuts it the length he thinks will look nice on her hand. I advised him a second time it needs to be shorter, to which he huffed and puffed. He then began to put acrylic on her nails, still being at the length HE wanted. U politely said “hey can you please make them a bit shorter, especially the thumbs and middle finger. He then says loudly and aggressively “you pay first then she can tell me he length she wants this will be the 3rd time I cut!” Excuse me that you didn’t follow instructions the first 2 times. He says he is tired and will not finish her nails and that she can go, it’s free. As if he is doing us a favor by having her leave with half done nails at 9:30 at night. He is still yelling and screaming as we are walking out the door to which I NEVER yelled and advised he needs to work on his customer service, to which he says “I don’t care about you people!” I saw nothing but African American and Hispanic patriots in that salon, yet he doesn’t “care about you people!” NEVER AGAIN! I’be been going to a nice mixed race American Salon that is clean and very sanitary that would NEVER treat any paying customers the way he did. Stop paying your hard earned monies to these salons that don’t care about you; only your money

DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. Go to Jay Z nails on Indianapolis Blvd. I came in on Wednesday for an all white mani and pedi. Thursday the color on my nails completely changed, so I came back in the next day. After over an Hour wait the girl who did my nails was super rude. She completely ignored me when I asked her how long it would take to do my nails. Then the owner JOE got very rude because I asked him how much longer it would take. Saying that “I can’t come in here and just cut in front of al these people”. So I said I was just here yesterday, I shouldn’t even be in this shop, and all it is, is a polish change. I wasn’t being rude, I was simply asking a question. After becoming very offended I asked was this business online, and He laughed and said “I don’t care what you do. Do whatever you want.” So I kept talking to him about how rude he was, He then yells “OMG and walked away.” He then proceeds to talk to the other ladies about me while I was sitting there. Do NOT come here! If I wasn’t leaving out of the state tomorrow I would’ve lost it in this shop. Their customer service is trash! And my nails look a mess!
Go to Jayz nails right around the corner. The wait is much shorter. Tell Tommie I sent you. In addition to this review, I called the BBB, posted on Facebook, and Yelp!!!

This place is horrible! Wait is a hour long at least. Then don't have a pedi and nail set, they started my pedi and allowed every customer AFTER me to recieve their nails, eyebrows etc. Once my pedi was done I waited another hour to recieve my nails which never was done. The lady who was going to do them had to leave. Oh how angry I was. Joe the owner gets upset and yells. Says if you can not wait just pay for your toes and leave. Customer service is beyond horrible. With only 3 nail techs (because Joe scared all of them away) I would think the service would be more accommodating. Save your time and money. Its not worth it.

The absolute WORST Customer service I ever experienced in my life and I tried to give them a chance.
The first time I went the man Joe, I believe is his name (He sits at the first station) did my nails. He was rough and kept stinking his fingernail in my skin. This was my first time there so I did not want to complain. He did a sloppy job and left nail polish on the side of my no chip nails. He then took his fingernail trying to get the polish off and cut my skin drawing blood. I paid, no tip, and left.
I figured it was just a mistake and came back for a fill in. The woman was rude this time when answering a simple question about a fill in for the SNS nails. The same man did my nails and had the nerve to get an attitude when I ask him to be gentle bc he cut me before, and this time twisting my finger(They are not all straight) and, sticking his nail in skin and flicking my finger with his finger which ALL HURT. He began yelling at me. Actually yelling at me for requesting that he don't hurt ME. CRAZY!!!!
I had to shout back at him for him to even hear what I said. I paid and left again w/o tipping and I will NEVER return. Please listen to reviews because he actually believes ppl won't, and will continue to patronize his business. I go out to get my mani/pedi's to relax and be pampered, not to be insulted, frustrated, abused and disregarded. And on top of that my nails suck. The polish is thin and uneven. Lastly they don't appear to frequently clean there utensils so beware of Hepatitis C and HIV.

If I could have given no stars I would have. The man that did my fill spent the entire time trying to talk me out of the service I was requesting. Not only was my shaping wrong, but my nails were painted very sloppy. When a hair was stuck on one of my nails I asked for it to be removed, he got an attitude and began to yell at me. After removing the hair and re painting my nail I was told if anything else happens with my nails he would not fix them. The polish change on my toes was done by a young man that I can only guess had recently graduated because my paint job is very streaky. Being as I have a cosmetology license I knew the my polish would be thick and sloppy because the used too many strokes. I will NEVER return to this salon. I spent $40 just to remove my polish later that evening. Horrible nail and customer service.

I went there 3/8/17 the wait was very long and it was but barely five people when I first came in. The girl that did my pedicure was decent, but the man that started doing my nails was beyond rude. He was mad that I asked him if he could cover my complete nail with the gel because my actual nail was exposed . Then because I had four colors he complained about that. Then proceeded to yell at me in front of customers because I couldn't decide what nail I wanted painted what color. Joe was beyond rude so I told him to stop! He then charged me 50.00 dollars for a half job. He swiped my debit card without asking for my I.d, then asked me for it. I wouldn't recommend a dog go there. Worst experience ever. Mind you kids were in there so I kept it professionals. Had that little girl not been in there I would have gone to another level with him . I will be writing the better business bureau.

Rude staff! They roll their eyes as if they're annoyed when you walk in the establishment. Been here a few times and the service was bad every time! The eyebrow girl has a major attitude. And the place looks nasty and unsanitary. Even though the services were bad the first time, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just off that day but NOPE, the next two times they were worse! I even got an infection in my toe after being cut during a pedicure

This place is terrible. I came with my mom and we both got pedicures and no chip manicures. First, the pedicure lasted only 20 minutes if that. Second, I did not want them to use the drill to get my no chip off and I had 3 people lecture me why they do it. I've had it in the past and I weakens and breaks my nails. I go get my nails done to relax not get lectured. Never going back!

Came here to get a pedicure with my sister and she got her eyebrows waxed. They were very busy this day and we arrived an hour before they closed. However, there were at least 4-5 people ahead of us. Fortunately, they were kind and didn't turn us around. I thought they would rush while doing our pedicures because it was 8 p.m when they started but they took their time. Our pedicures lasted about 45 minutes. We enjoyed a sea salt scrub and paraffin wax. It was awesome. This has been my first pedicure in months. Shame me, my feet were in bad shape and now they're back to where they need to be thanks to them. I will definitely be returning. My sister eyebrows also looked nice. They weren't over arched or waxed. They were just right! Will be returning in a few weeks!!

I went to pro nails on the 27th to celebrate a birthday and treat her to a fill in and pedi. I got thier no chip mani and a pedi. The service was okay but i didnt like that they did nothing for your calluses when most place file them at least. They also had different packages to choose from for pedicures. when ive been to salons before and you usually get everything for one fairly decent price. If you want more than your toe nails filed polised and a hot towel (no massage) it gets a little pricey. As for my no-chip was horrible it chipped the very next day. Not even 24 hours later, and this happened after the technician bragged about how her no chip is the best and it wont chip. She always told me to stop talking to my cousin which i dont see very often and we like to catch up when we are together. She said that i was talking to much and that i move to much when i talk. Im sorry but ask me to not move so much not to stop talking it was very rude. Overall the services are cheap but obviously because they arent very good if you want a $27 dollar no chip thats gonna chip the same day. Then this is your spot. But i will not be a returning customer.

If I could give this place a 0 Star I would. The worse place EVER! This is why I patronize AMERICAN nail salons because a lot of these Asian nail shops believe they can speak to you in any way. I dropped my 13 year old daughter off to get a full set because of her bday, and reluctantly brought her here. This place is horrible! Wait is a hour long at least. Then don't have a pedi and nail set, they started my pedi and allowed every customer AFTER me to recieve their nails, eyebrows etc. Once my pedi was done I waited another hour to recieve my nails which never was done. The lady who was going to do them had to leave. Oh how angry I was. Joe the owner gets upset and yells. Says if you can not wait just pay for your toes and leave. Customer service is beyond horrible. With only 3 nail techs (because Joe scared all of them away) I would think the service would be more accommodating. Save your time and money. Its not worth it.

The absolute WORST Customer service I ever experienced in my life and I tried to give them a chance.
The first time I went the man Joe, I believe is his name (He sits at the first station) did my nails. He was rough and kept stinking his fingernail in my skin. This was my first time there so I did not want to complain. He did a sloppy job and left nail polish on the side of my no chip nails. He then took his fingernail trying to get the polish off and cut my skin drawing blood. I paid, no tip, and left.

Not only was my shaping wrong, but my nails were painted very sloppy. When a hair was stuck on one of my nails I asked for it to be removed, he got an attitude and began to yell at me. After removing the hair and re painting my nail I was told if anything else happens with my nails he would not fix them. The polish change on my toes was done by a young man that I can only guess had recently graduated because my paint job is very streaky. Came here to get a pedicure with my sister and she got her eyebrows waxed. They were very busy this day and we arrived an hour before they closed. However, there were at least 4-5 people ahead of us. Fortunately, they were kind and didn't turn us around. I thought they would rush while doing our pedicures because it was 8 p.m when they started but they took their time. Our pedicures lasted about 45 minutes. We enjoyed a sea salt scrub and paraffin wax. It was awesome. This has been my first pedicure in months. Shame me, my feet were in bad shape and now they're back to where they need to be thanks to them. I will definitely be returning. My sister eyebrows also looked nice. They weren't over arched or waxed. They were just right! Will be returning in a few weeks!!

The service was okay but i didnt like that they did nothing for your calluses when most place file them at least. They also had different packages to choose from for pedicures. when ive been to salons before and you usually get everything for one fairly decent price. If you want more than your toe nails filed polised and a hot towel (no massage) it gets a little pricey. As for my no-chip was horrible it chipped the very next day. Not even 24 hours later, and this happened after the technician bragged about how her no chip is the best and it wont chip. She always told me to stop talking to my cousin which i dont see very often and we like to catch up when we are together. She said that i was talking to much and that i move to much when i talk. Im sorry but ask me to not move so much not to stop talking it was very rude. Overall the services are cheap but obviously because they arent very good if you want a $27 dollar no chip thats gonna chip the same day. Then this is your spot. But i will not be a returning customer.
