Our feet soaked for an hour and water got cold before somebody came over. Not really rude but the guy who was doing my pedicure was too busy and more focused talking to talking to everyone else. He did ask me why i didnt get the same luxury pedicure she got...that was the most of our conversation iI go my mom the luxury pedicure and she loved it. I got a step above basic pedicure and when I walked out I was more so disappointed. Had to find the man to pay him because he was outside playing video games on the phone and even paying he was busy on his phone. I'm glad my mom enjoyed her 50$ pedicure but I myself had felt like nothing had been done to them. Disappointed I spent 80 bucks in there

Used to come here everytime to get my nails and eyebrows done when i used to live in indiana. They had great cusomer service and they already knew my sister and i since we would always go. I would get acrylic nails and no chip and i was always satisfied. The girl that would do our eyebrows would do them pretty good as well. Love this place and there isnt much of a wait either!

I came in with gel nails and told the guy I wanted acrylic and he gave me gel anyway and they kept on pushing the no chip polish and I had to tell them 3 times that I didn't want no chip, just regular polish. They used the no chip polish but with a regular top coat and charged me $30. I'm not one to ever write a review about anything but this is the first and last time I'll come here.

First time coming here, and don't think I will be back again the gentleman that I had was young he had an attitude and I messed up the nail a little bit hitting the polish on the fan and he gave me the death look and kept making all these noises like he was irritated I was looking at my nails and 5 of them were longer and I told him and he even got more irritated and was like like this is better now, he told me it was going to be 45 so towards the end he says i will only charge you 30 I got up went to go get my nails dry messed up one of them when I went to pay it was a different very nice man he said I will fix your nail and he looked at my nails and he said I'm so sorry please sit down I fix them for free I told him no thank you and just ask him to fix my nail polish all it takes is one person to ruin everything.

First time coming here, brought my mom long. Went on a Sunday and didn't wait. We both had pedi and no chip mani. The young man that serviced me was very nice, he could've scrubbed my heel better but I was pleased with service. However, the young lady who serviced my mom, made her bleed from her feet and my mom said she was upset while doing her mani because my moms cuticles were long (or something like that). I didn't hear this but I don't think it's appropriate to criticize a customer when you're paying for a damn service. My mom felt bad and she just sat there quietly, but if I would've heard her say that I would've checked her instantly. My mom knows that I'm very outspoken, so she didn't tell me this until after we left the shop. I mean my mom didn't complain as she bleed from her toe from her giving her a pedicure, and she's the customer. I don't think I'll be back.

I came upon this place by chance, I was getting gas next door at Nice & Easy. Called this placed md they weren't crowded. All their polishes were off brand aka cheap. I wanted to get a no-chip manicure and a pedicure. I asked if I could be seated away from the other clients who were getting a pedicure. He said no. The place wasn't crowded so I didn't understand why clients have to be seated very close to one another like sardines. So I just opted for the manicure. The utensils were not sterilized I had to ask if they had any, he went in the back to get one and came out with one did he CLAIMED to get from a sterilizer but it was not in a sterilization pouch. He didn't do a good job and the polish's color wasn't what I expected. He kept asking me was it okay ... He knew I didn't like it. If you are going to go here. Bring your own polishes and tools.

I love coming here to get my nails done, especially manis & pedis. The nail techs are super nice, the salon is very clean, and they always take their time doing my nails and chat with me. They have a good selection of nail polishes and also carry SNS powder which is hard to find. They're under new management, and so far I think this place has gotten a lot better!

The lady that does my nail right wasn't there so I had to get my nails done by the person cut me last time and didn't say a thing to me about it.i didn't know she cut me until I went home. Shit was hurting dude.So I tried to get my nails done today. they say they open at 11 on Sunday's. No one was there. And I was already waiting for like 30 minutes before it got 11. So another person pulled up around 10.59 and waited for like 5 minutes. No one came then another and left soon as the door didn't open. I left at 11.13 totally unprofessional. They usually be at least on time, this shit took the cake.

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!! Do NOT go there! I got a no chip on Friday January 17th and it chipped that Sunday! I went back Monday the 20th and they fixed it for free. Later that week it completely chipped, every single nail! I went back Tuesday the 27th and they would NOT give me my money back. I don't want them fixed so it can chip again! I wanted my money back so I can go somewhere else! Also 5 other of my friends have had problems with there nails from this place also! Just a FYI so you don't go there and waste your money!

I would get acrylic nails and no chip and i was always satisfied. The girl that would do our eyebrows would do them pretty good as well. Love this place and there isnt much of a wait either!

The lady that does my nail right wasn't there so I had to get my nails done by the person cut me last time and didn't say a thing to me about it.i didn't know she cut me until I went home. Shit was hurting dude.So I tried to get my nails done today. they say they open at 11 on Sunday's. No one was there. And I was already waiting for like 30 minutes before it got 11. So another person pulled up around 10.59 and waited for like 5 minutes. No one came then another and left soon as the door didn't open. I left at 11.13 totally unprofessional. They usually be at least on time, this shit took the cake.

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!! Do NOT go there! I got a no chip on Friday January 17th and it chipped that Sunday! I went back Monday the 20th and they fixed it for free. Later that week it completely chipped, every single nail! I went back Tuesday the 27th and they would NOT give me my money back. I don't want them fixed so it can chip again! I wanted my money back so I can go somewhere else! Also 5 other of my friends have had problems with there nails from this place also! Just a FYI so you don't go there and waste your money!
