I've had both good and bad visits. My daughter and I usually go together to get full nail sets or fillins. Linda usually does mine and the Guy does hers. The end results I am always pleased with but...Linda is obviously in charge and tends to change the $$prices as she wishes. One time i go get a full set of gel nails with no chip/gel polish and pay $35 another time $40. (Same Length/Same Shape) which whatever.. the tip will reflect her fluctuations! The Guy does a very meticulous beautiful job and again Linda sets the price and my daughter gets a full set of acrylic nails w/regular polish and the price fluctuates between $25 to $40 depending on length I guess. The guy did mine this last time 5/4/18 which I love! 1st issue is I paid $45 this time (she set the $$$) which ive never paid before! 2nd issue, my daughter has gone twice without me and each time she pays at least $5-$10 more when im not present!!! Like she knows she's only 16 and won't argue price. So be careful and pay attention to what ur being charged. As far as the place.. it's def not as clean as id like or compared to other places but I've been going there off n on for 7 years.. even before they took over and have NEVER had any infections whatsoever! I recommend them with those issues in mind. You'll love ur nails I'm sure of but i can't speak on any other service they offer. Read Less

I visited the nail shop today after a long 4th of July excursion. I choose my color and sat down in the chair and dozed off and on while my feet were being done. I awoke when the lady was putting my flip flops on. I also received a mani. When I got up to pay, I noticed my toes and nails were two different colors, I didn't fuse, I paid and made a mental note, never again. Read Less

If I could give them zero stars I would. The workers there are not friendly, they are very cold and rude. I went in for an eyebrow wax and the woman who waxed me was rushing as if she was in a hurry, and even told me to "hurry up" as I walked to the waxing room. Their facility is very unkempt as well, and seems unsanitary. This was my first and last time going, and I'll be sure to tell others not to waste their time there either. Read Less

The first time here was a rush job. Felt like ok...just won't come back. Then maybe 5 days later polish started coming of toe nails. That has never happened. Came back to tell them and get a polish change. Checked the polish, it was super thin like it had been stretched with acetone maybe to make it last longer for them. Will never visit this place again. This was my firsr visit. I had read this reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. I arrived at 10:30. There was a 10 minute wait which was fine. I asked for a pedicure and an acrylic full set. I did not leave until 1. The young lady who did my nail took over an hour doing my nails. I told her I wanted the almond shape, she starts doing them square. She stopped twice to answer her phone and to Google a Walgreens for whoever was on the phone. I asked her to smooth out of my nails. She fixes it, then walks away for 5 minutes. My nails look awful. I would not recommend them. The guy who did my pedicure was great and I hope my tip went to him and not her. Read Less

I went to Nail Tek a few days ago with some fellow bridesmaids and a bride to get our nails done for the bride's wedding. It was a Friday afternoon and the place only had about four other people in it. Four of the girls wanted their nails filled, one wanted a full set, two wanted manicures and four wanted pedicures. This place was severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour before any of us were seen. I waited almost two hours to get a simple manicure. The girl who did my hails used the same tools on me and probably several other customers. I asked if she could use new tools but she said she didn't have any others and then talked about me in a other language to one of the nail techs. They did a very rushed job and my nails have already chipped. One of the other girls was supposed to get a pedicure and a full set, but they forgot about her after her pedicure and she waited a full hour in between the two. In the end, all of us waited about 4 hours to get our nails done. I will not be going back. Read Less
