My wife went here and will never ever go back - nail tech refused to do nails the way she asked, purposely used the wrong color and then demanded a tip. Your better off getting your nails done at Home Depot. Read Less

This is the second time I went there as soon as it opened and they tell me there is only one person working and it's gonna a 3 hour wait. For some people the weekends are the only time they have off and to only have one person working when it takes so long to get your nails done is ridiculous. I came in on a Saturday when they were “open” I started to look for a nail color only to have the one lady there in the shop tell me that no one could do my nails. I asked her why not and she said they were closed because they were on vacation. I didn’t understand how they were closed and she was in there doing someone’s nails and their door read that they were open. I just left and went to Four Seasons on Indy a couple of miles up the road. Better selection and much nicer and cleaner there anyway. Read Less

Vivian is the best, so conscientious and a perfectionist.  I've been going to Vivian for about 20 years.  She's the only one that touches my nails. Yes, the place could use some sprucing up, but for the price I pay, I overlook the untidiness. Read Less

Poor customer service by Ms Vivenne but she does great work! I guess she thought by calling me maam or miss while demanding me to do this or go there was helpful but I took it as rude and distasteful. I took the hint and will certainly take my money elsewhere next time. Like the other reviews, the place could use a little updating. The area around the nail salon is a bit run down as well but it was walking distance from my house so I gave it a shot. I came in right at 10 and there was only one lady who was assisting two people. She said she wasn't sure when the other technicians would be in but I had a lot of time and didn't mind waiting.Vivian did my nails and I absolutely loved it. I don't like getting my cuticles done but she was light on her hands and I didn't mind that part. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I only got a basic manicure but will try the "no chip" aka gel next time. The price is reasonable too. A regular manicure is $12.50.Tip: schedule an appointment if you don't want to wait as long. Vivian doesn't do appointments on Fridays and Saturdays - but not sure if that goes the same for everyone. I will be returning again! Read Less

First time I came I waited two hours just to be seen and the nail technician worked on other nails as she worked on mine. Then I generously have a tip that she did not accept. Thought I would give the place a second chance today so I walked in and wasn't even greeted sat there for ten minutes no one said a word to me. Very rude. Horrible experience. The first and last time I'll ever go. Called and asked if there was a wait and the guy gave me an attitude and said there wasn't. Went and I waited thirty minutes, and when I asked how much longer, the guy gave me an attitude with a snappy response. Horrible equipment and the guy told me to stop looking when he did my nails. He shaped it so bad and the filer looked like it was from the dollar store. I told him not To paint it because the shape was so bad. Going elsewhere to reshape and paint my nails. The gentleman that was in charge did an amazing job... he asked questions about the type of work I did and took it into consideration when working his magic. I've been to many nail salons but no one ever took the time to make sure their work was of great quality. Definitely worth coming back. Read Less

I went tonsil shop once the guy whom does the nail was honest and good went back several times and get same excuse from workers the females you have to wait hour and half later. I am looking and there three customers I am asking for overlay on nails but never again Hollywood nails I will never return to your place of business bad customer service plus you don't tell paying customers others are ahead of you they will be back later..really then keep those customers Read Less

I am not a fan of this nail salon, but my mother on the other hand loves it. First of all the place looks slightly run down.  It does not look clean in there enough for me. I know they may do excellent work, but from just walking in I was not impressed, and the only reason I let them do my nails is because my mother was adement about giving this place so try. The floor does not look like it has been clean  and the place just looks dingey and old; like its not taken care of.  What I really didn't like was that their nail colors were  in a box. They couldn't take the time to showcase them. I thought that was highly unprofessional. Also, my mother and I were the only two customers in the shop and there were two technicians; the woman started on my mother,  but the man who I believe is the manager, couldn't begin on me because he was in the middle of a TV show. WOW!! I was so shocked when he told me he would start on my nails after his show ended.He started on my nails after about five minutes. Because of the way the place looked, I was worried about the cleanliness of the stations, surprisingly everything looked clean. I came in for a pink and white fill, and thought he knew what he was doing;  however, I was wrong.  I asked for the powder and polish to be a thin coat and he made it very thick. I told him that they were too thick and he was trying to file them down. They were still thick, but I had gotten tired of being there, so I let it go. I'm basing this review on my experience; however,  my mother likes how her nails look once done.  She also says that they need to work on the cleanliness of the building and presenting themselves more professional.  But she really likes Vivian doing her nails, so if you decide to go here ask for Vivian.I am not recommending this place; however, you may have a better experience than me.
