If I could give 0 star I would, I went in for fill in signed in a sat down, waited 1/2an hour for service and two Caucasian women came in after me, both were serviced within minutes and they never acknowledged me. I will never go there again, my money will be well spent where people are treated equally and with respect!!!!!!

Been coming here for several years now!! I have even moved an hour away; tried a new place today.. the other salon definitely reassured me that my hour drive to come back to my favorite nail salon is completely worth it! I left the other salon once she was done with acrylic no paint. I even paid full price which was $25 there. Continued back to my favorite lady here. She fixed them up and painted them. I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED WITH MY GIRLS HERE!! You tell them what you want and they deliver!! Never fails!!! Friendly, home like feeling. They work efficiently but also pay attention to detail!! I will never suggest any where else nor even attempt to go any where else. After 6 years of coming here and also trying places closer to my new home. I now know I have to stay near by bc nobody can match the work and their prices!!!

My pedicure was done in ten minutes. I had it done yesterday and my toenails are already chipping. I wanted my nail polish to match my no chip, was told it would, but it doesn’t. The polish was dull and I had to ask for an extra top coat just to get it a tad bit shiny. After my ten minute pedicure, I got my nails done where I described the shape I liked five times and the girl said to me “you should do your own nails if you want them that short and that shape.” I was shocked that someone would say that. I will not be doing back.

Nothing fancy, just great nails in a clean environment. I'm super picky about my no-chip manicure, and this is one of the most precise manis I've had. And my technician was very quick. I've found that most places are either quick (and sloppy) or thorough/careful (and I'm there forever). The nice woman who did my nails was both fast and precise. Also, they have great ventilation. No offensive smells. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking years off my life as I sit among the fumes, but not at Great Nail. Walk-ins welcome.

Also they took off my normal nail polish with an electric drill!! My nails are paper this and so brittle now. Do not go here!!!!!

I have been coming here for the last couple of years just for pedicures. The pedicure prices are very reasonable, $15 you can't beat that if you tried. However my last visit this past Friday was not that great. Told the nail tech I wanted nail art and she pretend she understood and said ok. My best friend and I both had techs that could no do nail art/design. My tech painted my big toe one color and the rest on my toes a different color. Not sure if I'll be returning in the future. The other women in the nail salon made my best friend and I so uncomfortable staring at us as if they've never seen African-American women before.

Had me wait too long which made me run late for my bf to get to work. Cause when I first got there I had enough time to get both my toes and nails done but I should of trusted my judgement better and just got my feet done cause after my toes I was waiting for more than a half hour to get my nails done then I had to leave the salon with messed up nails cause the nail polish got smudged and she totally ignored me when I asked if she could fix it and just had me sit down and had me wait longer and I was already running late from having me wait to get them done. It's a shame cause I used to love this place. But to get ignored and have people who got there after me to be done before me isn't right. Should treat their customers much better.

My only complaint is they offer free services if you pay $40 or more in CASH only. I paid around $75 for my no chip mani pedi, parafin & eye brow wax. When I asked about the free service she said it was only for cash. Not fair if you ask me, especially when you pay well over $40.00!! The services however were really great, my lady (never caught her name?) did an excellent job with everything and I got in right away on Mother's Day.

I have heard bad reviews from other places, and nothing but good news from here. I have been here 3 times now and have been pleased every time. My daughter loves the kids pedicure chair and has her very own nail girl, Vivian. She is really cute with her. I prefer the no chip manicure myself. Cost is around $30 for manicure and $15 for polish change. My daughters pedicures cost around $15 as well. Look at the pictures to see her cute nails.

I have even moved an hour away; tried a new place today.. the other salon definitely reassured me that my hour drive to come back to my favorite nail salon is completely worth it! The polish was dull and I had to ask for an extra top coat just to get it a tad bit shiny. Nothing fancy, just great nails in a clean environment. I'm super picky about my no-chip manicure, and this is one of the most precise manis I've had. And my technician was very quick. I've found that most places are either quick (and sloppy) or thorough/careful (and I'm there forever). The nice woman who did my nails was both fast and precise. Also, they have great ventilation. No offensive smells. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking years off my life as I sit among the fumes, but not at Great Nail. Walk-ins welcome.

However my last visit this past Friday was not that great. Told the nail tech I wanted nail art and she pretend she understood and said ok. Had me wait too long which made me run late for my bf to get to work. Cause when I first got there I had enough time to get both my toes and nails done but I should of trusted my judgement better and just got my feet done cause after my toes I was waiting for more than a half hour to get my nails done then I had to leave the salon with messed up nails cause the nail polish got smudged and she totally ignored me when I asked if she could fix it and just had me sit down and had me wait longer and I was already running late from having me wait to get them done. It's a shame cause I used to love this place. But to get ignored and have people who got there after me to be done before me isn't right. Should treat their customers much better.

My only complaint is they offer free services if you pay $40 or more in CASH only. I paid around $75 for my no chip mani pedi, parafin & eye brow wax. When I asked about the free service she said it was only for cash. Not fair if you ask me, especially when you pay well over $40.00!! My daughter loves the kids pedicure chair and has her very own nail girl, Vivian. She is really cute with her. I prefer the no chip manicure myself. Cost is around $30 for manicure and $15 for polish change. My daughters pedicures cost around $15 as well. Look at the pictures to see her cute nails.

Nice place, competitive prices, excellent staff, cushy pedi chairs. The best no chips around. Love the Parraffin
