I got a pedicure and manicure, had to pay $5 for callus removal, isn't that why you get a pedicure? The total price paid was competitive. I liked that the bowls were lined in plastic, shows a priority for sanitation. Chairs are setup very nicely in a circle with fountain behind, relaxing sound. Got a traditional manicure, I don't like gel, used an OPI color. When I went to the dryer there was no timer so how long to stay? It was busy so my technician went on to another pedi then asked across the room when he thought it was dry. No drying spray used, ruined a thumbnail paying, four nails have bubbles, another one had a mark before I got home. I think I can wait until tomorrow before I have to redo the polish. I will try them again though, overall well planned shop, responding well to customers when it was busy. Read Less

Ask for Kim or Daniel if you want PERFECT nails! Kim did the best that anyone has ever done on my nails, and I plan to go back just for her. My sister in law always goes to Daniel, but honestly everyone in there is very good. If you have a specific request or like yours done a certain way, tell her when you go in and she'll give you to the right person for what you need. For people complaining about the atmosphere, it's a family business and it's not quiet and soothing, but you get great service and great technique. They're busy for a reason. Read Less

I went in with friends for a birthday party spa day.. two girls got a fill but original acrylic is from a previous place so their nails were fine. My nails and another girls were AWFUL. We got a full set. All my nails were crooked, they continued to bring me the wrong color polish, did not use enough acrylic even though I paid $10 extra for length. My nails were thin and flimsy. My friends were the exact same way as mine and broke 3 hours or so after having them done. All she... was doing was changing clothes. We went back in the next morning to show them and talk to them about our experience hoping they’d fix the problem, nope they wanted to charge us more money. After explaining and talking calmly, the man wanted to start yelling and telling me how it was OUR fault that our nails were the way they were and just to pay more. They had customers in at the time who heard this man talking like this. *VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever experienced! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They completely had no idea how to do ombré nails as they stated they did. They used protein powder on my nails not even having protein nails. When I kept telling them they looked horrible and we needed to part ways, they kept trying to fix them and they continued to look absolutely horrible. A lady was also freaking out because the glue was everywhere while they was doing her... nails and her fingers were glued stuck. She told the manager she was about to flip her lid, at this point the manager was trying to fix my mess of nails, and told her I was about to flip my lid also. 1000000000 Stars for Julie and her husband , I went to ( top nails ) for Valentine’s Day and I had my nails for 12 hrs and already had broken 2 off . Every nail had its own shape ect . When I went to VEGAS , he fixed EVERYTHING they did wrong , re shaped all the nails for me and even trimmed them & no extra charge ! I will not go anywhere else ever again. This shop is BY FAR one of the best in Indy . Words can’t express how happy I am with the services I revived today . & I see in the reviews about their kids being there and all of their children are very respectful and nice to the customers . This place is HORRIBLE I went in last Sunday for a full set with gel polish and got charged 41 dollars plus an additional 1.50 because I used my debit card. The lady nail tech told me they were going to use the powder gel polish which was why the price was more THAT WAS A LIE! They used regular gel polish and barely shaped my nails!!!! This place was recommended to me by some friends and I tried it today, Superbowl Sunday. We got there before they opened so we waited outside in our car. When they opened we went inside and I signed in for both of us and I put what we wanted done. My husband got a pedicure and the older lady was making some awful faces be cause he is diabetic and his feet has some areas where the skin is pretty thick. The owner came over and asked if was diabetic and he responded yes. This is...n't his first pedicure, we usually go every 3 weeks to V Nail Lounge, but Nancy just had a baby so she was going to be off for a while. I was so upset because I felt she was insulting him in her native language with the other workers. Then the owner asked if I was getting some kind of service & I said yes that I was getting a manicure. So why do they have you sign in if they don't look at the list and what you are getting. So I was taken to a table and was told to have a seat. He proceeds to get out the grinder and I told him I didn't want him to use it but he did anyway. I don't wear acrylic nails I have strong healthy long nails that God blessed me with so no I don't want a grinder used on my real nails. He wrapped my nails for a whole 5 minutes and then started scraping off the old gel polish. I was not given a bowl with warm water to soak my cuticles in and he never even trimmed my cuticles. When he went to go get the polish I noticed there were nail clippings on the table that weren't mine cause he didn't clip mine. He also used a real coarse nail file to shape my nails which left them very rough. When we left I still have some of the old polish showing on my nails and some of the new polish left on the skin around my fingernails and to think I paid for this treatment. I was charged $43 for the worst service I have ever received. I wanted to try this place out so I booked an appointment for my daughter and I to have basic manicures done. This was her first time and it was supposed to be a surprise (she's 6). When I got there I told them I had an appointment and the receptionist was confused then told me that they don't check appointments online - what is the point to have online booking if they don't even check them?! I let it slide and started looking at colors with my daughter. We are seated a bit l...ater and they start working on our nails. My daughter was enjoying it and the tech who was doing mine did a fantastic job on the manicure itself. After our polish was done we sat under the fans and waited. The tech only checked our nails once. My daughter's was fine then she checked mine and said they were dry. I go to pay and out of digging in my purse to find my cash I noticed 3 fingers have smudged when she brought my change back. She fixes it by smoothing the nail polish with her finger then going over it with more clear polish. She had to repaint my thumb because it was so bad. A 15 min (by what the website said) appointment turned into almost an hour and a half appointment. Their kids also run around barefoot and climb on the pedicure stations. It's not very clean either. I guess they also had a recent break in? Their windows are smashed and are only covered with masking tape - not a good appearance. It was dead in there at 4 pm on a Saturday. Worst place to get your nails done at ! They use the white cheap fake powder on your nails . My nails have not been the same since I’ve got them done over 2 months ago. I went to go get a fill at another salon and they ask me where i got my nails done at and i told them and they said don’t ever go there again and that’s why my nails were breaking at the bottom . My real nails break so easily and still not right and it’s been over a month !Read Less

I am giving this place a 1 star review only because no stars is not an option. This is by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a mani/pedi and was disappointed with both. I asked for a clear pink dip powder and ended up with a bright pink powder. Then my pedicure was smudged by the technician and never fixed. Even though I showed him pictures of what I wanted 3 times, he still continued to do them wrong. I was so frustrated all I wanted to do was just pay and leave. After I paid $75 and was waiting for my mother to finish, the manager and tech that did my nails was arguing about the price he charged me. She approached me and told me I needed to pay another $5. Can you believe this? WOW...I really thought I was in a customer service nightmare. So, here I am one day later and my dip powder nails have began to chip off. The salon is setup well, clean, comfortable and nice atmosphere. It's hard to know what services are offered because there is nothing posted. They give you a book but it feels on  the spot I'd rather be able to see what they have. I see in other post services I didn't know they offer. My 1st time at this place. Arrived at 9:30am. Informed 30 minutes. While waiting, a customer tried to tell a staff that her water was over flowing (pedicure). Next, water went everywhere, all over customers purse, shoes. While watching them clean this mess up, I talked to another customer who said she would not have nails done here (her gel nails didn't last) she was with a friend. They charge extra if you use your bank card. By this time, 11am, 3 other customers came in and asked how long is the wait. Again, they said 30 mins. While waiting 9:30am till 11am, 4 customers left including myself. I would not recommend this place. It's not clean and saw one of the guys drop something on the floor, picked it up and started using again on his customer. They obviously are: short staff Dirty inside Can't tell close times Charge for unnecessary fee's. So, I wouldn't recommend this place. Good luck. Read Less
