Seriously awful! First, they are extremely rude. Jennifer and Dan could care less if you are happy. They rush through people and do a sloppy job. They cut my cuticles until they bled on a few nails. I love going here to get my nails done! I used to go to a place down the street but some techs couldnt speak English, did my nails too fast & they'd chip off. Here, they asked what I wanted & understood everything I asked for. Heather & Jessica are great as are the rest of the staff but I've never had them do my nails. I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years. I went on a recommendation from a coworker. I had terribly short, unhealthy nails when I first went there. Jennifer helped me transform them into long, beautiful nails. She is very knowledgeable and always open to answer questions. I work a job where people are always looking at my hands and I get compliments daily. Jennifer and Dan have worked hard and know each and every regular by name and what they like. A very solid 4/5 stars. I'm from out of town and desperately needed a fill for my acrylic nails. This salon was the closest place to me, and despite the (many) bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a chance. I didn't make an appointment and was seated immediately. Brittany was my nail technician and was very nice. I had never done the protein powder that they specialize in so I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm glad I did! I absolutely love how it looks and feels. My nails are very very long and the powder makes them feel strong enough that I could put it on top of just my natural nails without worrying about them breaking! My powder fill was $40 before tip, which is a little more pricy than I'm accustomed to, but I also know that I won't have to get a fill for 3-4 weeks. The only complaints I have is that when filing my nails down with the rotating tool thing (I don't know the name ) my nail technician cut my finger a bit. Also, there are a few spots on my nails that are slightly bumpy, but you can only notice if you run your fingers over them, not just from looking. this place sucks!!! absolutely do not go!!!! i have great nails. i'd never gotten fake nails before and figured this year for prom i would branch out. i'd heard great things about the protein nails from my friends and family and decided to give them a try. i got them done with a friend of mine and they wouldn't let us sit together and it took almost 2 hours. Not to mention she cut two of my fingers and they were bleeding pretty bad. it was very strange. when i went back to get them taken off a different worker helped me. he used the electric file to take them off and completely ruined my nails. they're uneven and bruised and weak. also he tried to paint over them to cover it up and they looked awful and a mess!!! should not have payed!!! its been months and my nails are still destroyed you can physically see where my nail is growing and there is a massive bump meaning he sanded down my nail taking about half of it right off and beating my nail down. awful place, will not be going back. if you live in greenwood and want actual good service, try us nails off of us 31. I go in for a fill at 5:30pm right after work knowing their hours are until 6pm, and when the manager asks what I want done she speaks a foreign language to all the nail techs which were about 6 or so sitting around, then tells me that they can't because they are tired. I was never so hurt or embarrassed at the way she did it in front of the customers she had in there. I proceed to go on line to look up this company and their reviews and find out how nasty, dirty and terrible they do on nails and the way they conduct business. Second time here. First time was fine. Today, I went primarily to get my winter feet presentable for Spring. I have very dry, calloused feet and was looking forward to leaving smooth and clean. The man doing my feet said they ONLY use a pumice. So, he scrubbed away at my feet, rubbing me raw. He then buffed the tops of my toenails and CUT the skin on the top of my big toe. The polish was okay, but my feet are raw, he didn't apply any kind of lotion, so my feet are dry and still rough. The polish was fine, but I can't recommend this place. Read Less

Stopped by as it's new location is very convenient. Asked for gel manicure the technician talked me into the protein dip. I assumed for $50 I would be able to have my nails soaked and the cuticles trimmed. She said to trim the cuticles would be $5 extra I told her to forgot it. She then said she would cut them for free. It was a very half done job... she cut me three times and just kept going. Decided to go to an event on a Sunday night at the last minute and needed to get my hands and feet done quickly. This was the only salon I could find that was open so early on a Sunday in Greenwood and on the southside. I was seen quickly and got a great manicure and pedicure by Danny Tran (I think!). He was great and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes -- highly recommend. Have gotten compliments on both mani and pedi! Read Less

I really love this place they are a family ran business. I love all the people ,and all the conversations. They get your nails done quickly and looking beautiful. I have a problem with every other nail salon because the nails never stay on and mess up my natural nail but at this solan I get in and out quick +looking great+ cheaper than others +and my nails still growing and fake nails do not pop off. Worst pedi and mani I've ever had. NOT REAL sure why they have so much business or are still in business. Just horrible. I live in California and even the price for this pedi was way too much. I pay $25 for a pedi in Cali and its well worth the money. Not here though should be a 10$ pedi the amount of time they spend on you. If I could not rate this place they would get no stars from me.. The first time I went here I took my mother-in-law from Texas. They immediately went to work on me at our scheduled appointment time but left the overweight, older woman to sit for 45 minutes until she was chilled the water in her pedicure bath was so cold. I got protein nails and they cracked in three days. They were also horribly uneven and I had to go to another nail salon to even them out for Christmas. These nails should've lasted me to New Year's, but I had to go in to have them removed. Not only did they still want to charge me the full $25 to take them off and get a basic manicure but there was no apology. The manicure was also horrible my nails are so uneven and they filed them down so thinly that they are like razors. I had to redo my mother-in-law's pedicure too by the way. This place is a mess. And I mean that literally. It's the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been in. Dust on everything. Dirty floors. Smelly towels. Yuck.  Yuck. Yuck. Horrible first I went in as a walk in wanting a full set pink and white protein nail dip. They skipped me over the people they knew I waited about 2 hours before finally walking out. My friend goes there and said it was because I didn't have an appointment & to call and schedule an appointment with Denise (I guess she's the best at doing the protein dip) well I had a 2:30 appointment today & didn't get in the chair until 2:45/2:50 and she already had her 3:00 appointment waiting. She rushed doing my nails and was worried about everything else besides how my nails looked. I am so unhappy I didn't even want to pay for them . They are so uneven and lumpy . I would give them 0 stars if that was an option... When I got there, there was a long wait. They finally sat me down for a manicure after about a half hour. The man I had didn't soak my hands for my mani or massage on lotion. All he did was file my nail BOTH ways, which left them jagged and not straight. He then cut my cuticles, which was the only part of the mano I was pleased with because he didn't hurt me in the process like other places have. Then, he had to have another person finish my mani because I wanted a design (it was simple... stripes with a heart over the stripes). They sent out a girl that looked like she was in high school. She did the solid paint alright, but the design looked like I did it! Their website has very professional looking nail art images, but they clearly didn't give me someone that can handle designs. It was an ok enough paint job that I was just going to drop it and not give them a bad review, but I was proposed to the next day with literally the worst manicure I've ever received. I have been going to Touch of Class Nails for over a year now. The protein powder is great and durable. My nails grow fast though so I have to go every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking good. It's a family owned business and although it's an Asian family, nearly none of them even have accents (aside from the owner, Denise - who is in my opinion the very best). English is spoken fluently in this establishment. I was appalled that one of the other reviews I read on here said otherwise as that is just not true. They are extremely friendly and remember you when you come in. I get compliments on my nails constantly and would recommend them strongly to anyone. Read Less

NEVER AGAIN! I went here for my wedding in June because my favorite one near my house was closed. I needed acrylic nails and a pedicure. I was prepared to stay about an hour to an hour and a half. It nearly took them 3 hours and they WEREN'T EVEN THAT BUSY! Plus they only have 1 person that speaks English so it's just basically you sitting there staring at them or them staring at you. The way they apply the acrylic for the nails is messy and unnecessary. It's sloppy and doesn't come out good at all. The pedicure looked like I had done it! Horrible design and sloppy. Ugh! On top of that the price was nearly $80 and I didn't get the protein crap they were trying to push on me. I will NEVER be back and I never recommend that place to anyone. It's ridiculous. Read Less
