The place looks awesome. I was looking forward to my cut and color I scheduled online. I received a confirmation. I showed up early. I waited and waited. The consultant I was scheduled with did not even show!! I called the number I had for her. No answer. Horrible way to do a new customer. I hope nothing was wrong for her but seriously she could have called me at the very least to cancel! Loft 16
