The technician (I’m not sure what her name is)was cutting my cuticles then held out her finger to show she had bad cuticles. She proceeded to cut her cuticle then continue to cut mine. VERY OVERPRICED for the service that I received. I have been going there for years & suddenly prices increased approximately 45%?!? (New set acrylic nails). This is ridiculous, and I was totally unaware until I paid the bill. I called later to confirm that I had been charged the correct amount. "YES" was the answer. "NO" will I be going back. Usually I’m not one to give reviews but I felt like this one was needed. I’m honestly really satisfied with how SOME of my nails look. At the very beginning, I brought my polish up that I picked out and I asked for it to be matte finished (btw I wanted a full set). The lady tells me that because I got a lighter polish that it won’t look good matte. I say ok but I’d still like to have them matte, if all else fails just put a shiny topcoat over that! She tells me no again that it won’t look good, basically telling me she won’t do it. Later on she’s putting on the tips to start the acrylic process, I notice on one of my fingers that she placed it crooked. So I told her, hey I think this one is crooked. She looks at it and tells me that my fingernail is the thing that’s crooked. I laughed thinking she was joking until she left it alone and kept going. Through the manicure she kept trying to talk to me but I couldn’t hear her because she was VERY quiet. She was rough with my hands and ultimately kept hurting me with the dremle tool. One time I jerked my hand back and she forced my hand back in the same position and huffed. The shape of my nails is great but they feel like they are bruised and they hurt terribly. I don't usually do reviews however I felt this was needed. I got shellac the last time I was there. It only lasted 3 DAYS. My mom went with me as well and hers come off within a week. As well as I was told my total would be $40 for me and my mom. When I went to pay they told me it was $55. Throughout the whole process I was switched from worker to worker. My experience there was terrible. I went in at 1:25 p.m for a mani and a pedi they sat me at a pedi station and I sat there for 35 mins just soaking I had my client with me which I might add is disabled and handicap. The man that does the pedicures gave us dirty looks all while we were there. A couple walked in to get a couples pedicure and he preceded to do their pedicure and was over looking me. I heard him say you're paying more money so I do you first.. so that's when I said something about being there 1st and why do have to wait when I've been here almost an hour. He ended up doing my pedicure before them but he rushed and did my pedicure didn't do a good job I watched him do an awesome job on someone else but tried to do my feet like whatever but please believe me I told him and I will not be back. I feel like he displayed prejudice against not just my client but against myself as well. I would not recommend this place to my dog or worse enemy. Read Less

I have been to SO many nail places. Oh my. My nails ALWAYS chip with the "no chip" gel. This place however DOES NOT chip!!! 5 stars for that. Every time it looks amazing. Does the shop look the best? No. Could the workers have better polite communication with customers, yes. But they also do not mean harm by any of it. Just difference in culture. Definitely try this place out. 30 minutes from me and I do the drive every two weeks!! Read Less

Worst experience that I ever had getting my nails done!!! It was a rude man that did the terrible fill and I was very disappointed with his work and personality. I also felt a lot of pain when he was working on my nails that I never felt before. I will never go back because of his terrible work. I'm so embarrassed by how my nails look! Read Less

I had gone here for deluxe spa pedi and gels manicure. Spent 75 dollars. Kim did pedi she did well but gave me over to someone else for manicure. This girl made cuticles bleed and then went to do design on toenails. Told her no white design. Of course she used white. Took it off repainted nails. When I got home within 10 minutes after leaving noticed one nail smudged. Called back spoke with Kim who said she didn't even remember me. Told me she was too busy to fix. Never going back.
